tungsten has a ridiculous melting point which is probably why they use them for ball bearings. love the videos, normally I hate watching other people fish but you make it pretty entertaining and Ive learned a lot about lures. Thanks!

Great video, I ice fished for the first time last Feb in Finland. -38’c for one small perch and frozen feet. You had a far better time than me. Tight lines and a happy 2020!

awsome ice jig and great video on most of our body baits the eyelet for your line is usually centered so your bait sits as level as possible in the water and also i poke 2 holes 1 to fish and 1 for the panoptix ducer so your not fighting it keep it up your work is so intriguing i cant stop watching
Just found you a month ago and my wife and I love your videos! Here are some ideas we've come up with for videos.
Fruit/Vegetable shaped lures. Ex: Strawberry crankbait or celery top water.
Tuna shaped swim bait.
Make a bait out of super glue and baking soda.

Nate, I started making lures a month ago. Your videos and experience have been pivotal in my quick learning curve. Today I sold a 4” Pike deep diving crank bait. However, the guy wants me to make him a 12” vintage looking Canadian Wiggler (flat fish style) to hang in his fishing room. I’m struggling with making an ornament. I want it to be functional. I was hoping you could take the challenge as well! 😉

I was just wondering this morning where you have been and then a video pops up. It was meant to be! Let us know how the family is after your first Christmas with the little guy!
One thing you might want to do when ice fishing, especially on a small pond, is to make multiple holes at the same go, and start at the one u made 1st so it has some time without all the noise of the auger. Then move to next hole in order u drilled them, if not a fishy hole. Just a thing we often do in Finland

wow that's a great looking lure, here in Australia they use similar ones in perch, reds and trout patterns for redfin(English perch), used as tail spinner, fantastic videos keep up the great work, cheers.

Looks like if you put a frog body in front of those blades it might be pretty convincing how they flair out on the drop.
