I only have 1, bit did notice that it supports more than one. When you configure the camera in the software you will see the device id. There is a + button to ad more. Good luck with your project.

Hi. I bought a similar camera few months back.
This camera freezes pretty often (blue light stays on no matter what) and there is no way to reset, restart or switch off while frozen. The only way I can bring it back to life is by letting battery drain completely then recharge, but that takes time and I missed some events I wanted to monitor.
Did you guys find another way to restart this camera from a frozen stat? I couldn't find a reset push hole/button on the back or anywhere.
I no longer have this unit, but if I remember correctly you have to hold the button on the side for a rather long time (7-10 seconds) to get it to shut down. The buttons are pretty tricky on this thing, best of luck!
@@NeonStreetPro that trick is for resetting the device completely, but when frozen, it does not work no matter how long any of the buttons is pressed. Thank you for your answer though.
Great video but my no connect or find the ID number this camera sucks, nice way to give away $20 bucks ill never get another from Ebay

Have it powered with the micro usb while you complete the steps exactly. This was tough to figure out but it worked for mine. Best of luck
I wouldn’t find the id number as well
You may need to scan the QR code in the included instructions to obtain it automatically. You can also look it up manually in the instructions, but it's a very long number

Nothing of what you said was true. It's not V380 Pro, it's not 1080p, it's not wide-angle, it is a cheap fake (usually called an "A9 mini camera").
Actually, everything I said was correct. I urge you to look into pixel density & other specifications of video. Resolution is only 1 factor of quality. I didn't look into similar vs counterfeit & never claimed to, there are way to many product variations to look them all up. I simply did a quick overview and provided a sample of footage so one could see the actual performance before they purchased one. If you aren't impressed with the performance of this camera, move on. No one likes a troll.

Try These Steps
⦁ Download V380 Pro App
⦁ Supply USB Power To The Camera
⦁ Press Power / On 3 seconds
⦁ Press Mode Button 3 Seconds, Wait 1 Full Minute
⦁ Turn On Your Phone's WiFi & Location
⦁ Open V380 Pro App On Your Phone
⦁ Select "Try Without Account", then Continue
⦁ Press The Big + Button
⦁ Wait For Device To Be Found At Bottom Of Screen (Device ID Number: xxxxxx)
(If Not Found, Press Mode On Camera 3 Secs, Wait 1 Minute. Back On Your Phone, Then + Again, To Search Again)
⦁ Select It
⦁ Choose Your WiFi To Connect Camera To
⦁ Enter Password To WiFi, Confirm
⦁ Choose Name Of Camera, Then Finish
⦁ Choose Play, Then Set Cam Access Password (Letters & Numbers)
⦁ Press Play To View The Camera
Note: Holding "Mode" 10 Secs Resets The Camera Memory

@@anahihernandez3321 make sure you have the v380 app on your phone, turn on the location and wifi on your phone. Go into the app & choose "try without account" then "continue" the select the "+" button. There should be a search at the bottom of the screen. Give it a few and see if it gives you a "device id number". If so, select it. If not, go back to the step holding the mode button and hold it for 7-10 seconds to see if your lights change colors, and follow the steps in order.
How do you turn off the ir light?
I have the v380. It sees fine at night without the ir. With it on it picks up my screen on the window. Only in ir mode though.
I'm pretty sure the IR is automatic. There would only be one way to have manual control & that would be under settings (the gear icon). I would look there, I will hook it up & look as well
I went through all that already. Looked at all the FAQ. No listed anywhere. When it boots on picture is great. The night vision kicks on and it turns to crap

Connect usb power to it, I would recommend using a 2.1 amp usb source if you are having problems powering it. You may also want to give it time to charge the battery so that there's enough current to run the unit left from the automatic charging. Hope this helps

whats the camera id number
I believe that there is a number in the app that you can select, that looks like a serial number. You should be able to name it so you know what camera it is in case you have more than 1 camera in the network.
