Well it helped alot. But question is if I put sd card inside, it would save the pictures when I am away from home. For exemple I am at work but when I open app I check the sd card information in app would I see pictures in there?

This video is very useful but is there a way to zoom out in the camera since it is very zoomed in showing a narrow view which isn't useful. Also I am trying to figure out what the mode button does

This is is not helpful. You can't even read what he is doing on the phone. The only way I can set it up is if I give my credit card. It's supposed to be free. I called and they were too busy to answer the first time. Then I sent an email and didn't get a reply. Then I called again and someone did answer. I heard a roaster growing in the background lol. They stated to watch the you tube video to learn. I said I have a question and they hung up on me. I want a return at this point.

Great video, quick question i am looking to purchase one of theses for the back of my work van is i store my tools there, when the door opens the light comes on automatically but i am wondering if i order this will i be able to have the setting as when it auto detects somebody eg opening the van it will automatically record and save the footage onto the app then i can download it later or do i need to install an sd card for it to do that thanks for the video.

How do I install the SD card?
You need to format the SD card in insert in the camera , the camera will record automatically in the SD card
i cant get the camera to connect to anything besides little_stars that app wont let me do anything but connect to it through a hotspot. when i turn it on i do not get a still light, i get the very fast blink. ive tried for over 36 hours in the past couple of days and im beyond frustrated. with the v380 app ive gotten to the device screen when i try to connect to the device though it just tells me its not online. Ive noticed when its blinking very fast the only way i can connect to the camera is through AP on little stars. when i do manage to connect to the camera in little stars not in AP and the device blinks slower i go to the video tab and i click on remote and then click on the camera and it seems to be loading but then i get a orange screen with chinese symbols with an ! at the end. so im guessing its a failure to something. please please please help!!!
you need to connect the camera with your router for get the footage everywhere ,for that tap edit/AP button in up of the first page /network ,and try to change the camera from AP mode to WIFI Station mode add the password of your router
Brother can I just use with SD card instead of Wifi as I'm trying to get this type of camera for my car , so I can retrieve the footage later when I'm home.

That was very nice of you to answer his question so understandably, most of the directions for gadgets and how to hook up, you need a interpretor just to understand the steps. This coming from a computer handycap person myself lol. I'm trying to help my husband figure out how to set ours up, and I don't understand the steps, let alone all the instructions. You can use Wi-Fi Direct for connecting the camera to the phone, but you should be close to the car for watch the the enregistrement

The camera support only 2.4ghz WiFi 8f your WiFi 5.0ghz you need to switch to 2.4ghz

More than likely you got a knock off that only emits a hotspot and doesn't connect to wifi - I'm checking these videos exactly because I want to see if anyone has such an issue before I order the thing so I don't get bamboozled.

I can't mine to connect . It doesn't have the code on the back of the mini cam. And the square codes don't work on the instruction paper . It doesn't even give you the correct app to download for the cam.
