I had been busting my chops in setting up the camera for two days. Thank you for finding out about your channel. It was truly easy. Only did have a hard time finding the password for the ADMIN but when I create a new username and password. Finally, it was connected. KUDOS! You are a great help!

Thank you for your help - the factory instruction did NOT work at all... there is just one little issue - when trying to set up the wi-fi connection for when I'm abroad, for example, the device won't connect to my home's wi-fi. It's not even showing it in the list in the additional setting you showed at the end of your instructions... would you have any idea why this is happening? The camera itself is in the immediate area of the router 🤷♀🤷♀🤷♀

Absolutely brilliant but . . . . . . . I already have a NVR with other cameras and want to add this one to it. The camera assumes it's all alone and uses wifi and cloud storage but guess what?I want to add it to my NVR AND do it via RJ45 cable. ANy help/instructions will be appreciated my friend :)

@Peterson Zheng there is no password on the label onky the userid=admin exist in the label.
@@marialorettaescobal245, you have probably managed it already, but just an FYI - mine also didn't have one; the default user is "admin" (I changed it) and also created a new pw and it worked.

The V380 Pro app as a setting for Lamplight sensitivity setting (low, medium, highh). Did you check the effect and usability of this setting?

When I reset v380 camera the voice said excess point preparing after that it is stopped and not going forward for excess point ready so the camera hotspot signal not showing

Wifi not needed for recording. Just insert SD card for recording

You just need to download the app and create an account. After that, add the cctv/device ID, then you will be asked to input the device username and password. And then you can now view it.

i am not able to view the photos remotely however when i go near the wifi that connects camera --I am able to see the WIFI Online --what could be the issue

You set up ur own password for ur benefit
How do you install & use the SD Card?
The card inserted on the slot in the camera. The camera will automatically save recording on the sd card. If you want to view the recording, just remove the card and plug it in on your computer.
