LED ballast is always required when installing a powerful LED bulb in order to regulate voltage and current supplied to the lamp during start and throughout operation. Any LED system that does not require a ballast I would suspect to not be very bright.

The 2019 should be identical to as shown in this video. No, a dust cover is not required for all vehicle's fogs.

2019 limited are non removable LED bulbs i wanted to put something more powerful but shit out of luck
