      Thanks. Glad you enjoy the videos, that's why we post them, bringing enjoyment to all those who appreciate them. Though the last couple of years, the weather hasn't been cooperating to hunt often, as we used to, nor is my body cooperating as well. Though we're hoping the weather turns back favorable too the hunter's this year and be able to get out more often doing our thing. Have been out quite a bit here lately, though haven't found anything other than brokes. Hoping that will change soon too as well.
      Best Wishes to you friend.

      Thanks Warren. Hope you're able to get a day off and make the show. It'll be one of the best one's yet. But I say that every year. Though each year they do get better, and it's all because of the people who come to display. A lot of older and newer TH-camrs.
      Best Wishes my friend

    Great stuff Mike! I sometimes wonder if folks can appreciate how hard it is to find an arrowhead on a rock bar, especially those the size of the ones you hunt. Good to see you out there finding them. Continued good luck to you my friend.

    • @NomadicAdventuresEst2010
      @NomadicAdventuresEst2010  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks brother Spike. Yeah sometimes those creek arrowheads for our creeks around here, they can be a tough, especially for the really good ones. They are far and few between. It always starts with the cause and effect of getting out and having something that is an incentive to push yourself harder. Then walking those big gravel bars, concentrating on nothing but thinking arrowhead, creates walking mindfulness meditation, which is great for anyone. Then those arrowheads themselves, as you know, they don't make the ancient ones anymore lol.
      Hope you have a great week my friend. Always my best wishes for all your life endeavors.

      Thanks Dave. Don't know where you are located. Though anywhere in this country, look at the waterways and old topo maps are the best for finding where the old springs still are or once was, and that is where the majority of occupation sites are located.
      Best Wishes and hope you start finding.

    Great to see your finds for this year. I hope you and Richard have some good success at the property. Does SonoraTim ever visit anymore? Haven't seen anything from him for awhile. Also haven't seen anything from Richard CreekDalton. Hope all those original TH-camrs are doing well. I text with BeveledBlade a couple times a year. Best wishes for another successful show this year.

    • @NomadicAdventuresEst2010
      @NomadicAdventuresEst2010  ปีที่แล้ว

      Good morning Tom. Don't know why TH-cam is bad about notifying on comments after a video has been up for a few days. Tim hasn't been over in a couple of years. But he's supposed to come visit soon, hopefully this spring or summer. Always miss his laughter. Ol Creek is still doing great. Not sure why he doesn't post on TH-cam anymore. Everyone is different. Some days surprised after 13 year's I'm still making videos. Getting out to hunt, is becoming less than year's past. Though always much gratitude for all the great years, and everyone have made great friends with on here.
      Hope to see you return here one day in the future for another show. Really enjoyed our short personal time together. As always best wishes my friend.

    Wow I love it! How exciting…where and what type of soil do you think is best to find them? I’ve always heard sandy soil was best

    • @NomadicAdventuresEst2010
      @NomadicAdventuresEst2010  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The best place to find artifacts anywhere in the Country. Is along or within any waterway system. They are and can be found in all types of soil.
      Best Wishes to you

      Hello Cliff, long time no hear. My actual name. Mike Brooks. If you already have friends from TH-cam on there, like Richard, Ken Wallace, etc etc. If they have their friends list viewable should be easy to find.
