I know about driving ambulances, and you would have heard me say, if you had been here, "Good pull out, good exposure, and nicely retrieved back in to line", The 2nd Ambo driver also did on the nearside as well. I didn't see a problem with the closeness at any time. He had always left space to move left, or right, every time the Op was threatened. And I don't live in your YUK, I live in PRYTTYNN, the correct name for our islands.

And when the Grenfell Tower obscenity happened, every ambulance company, including HATS and SJAB were travelling in convoys, on "blues and twos", taking replenishment stocks to the front line Ambo crews. This meant that the LAS ambulances, and those SJAB as well, could stay at the scene, and rotate crews, rather than leaving the scene just to re-stock. Very efficient and deserved all the praise they received, but none from the government and councils, of a particular political colour, who caused the disaster with their contempt for foreigners and the poor.

The British crews cannot be stopped by any jobsworth for doing what they are trained to do. No first-aider has ever been prosecuted for losing someone in a shout. The INTENTION of the responder is to save lives, not to kill. It is the politicians who kill, just look at Boorish Pfeffel, killing 270,000 citizens with his careless, and ignorant, response to Covid. Grenfell happened because of deliberate choices made by Westminster and the local council. The biggest insult in the country is that the Air Ambulances, just like the Lifeboats, are run by charities, because the political system is tilted towards their grifting, and not the welfare of the people.
What you will get is the ambulance chasers jumping in behind the leading ambulance without looking, just to be right behind the ambulance and get home quicker. I've seen it happen while driving in many countries, my wife often asks me why am I pulling to the side here in Vietnam and shortly later an ambulance come by. I've seen it in the mirrors before hearing it, so now give a running commentary as I drive, she and her friends are amazed how many times I check the mirrors. The reason I do it is I then know where everybody is if I do need to make an emergency stop, I vary rarely swerve as I don't want to involve any innocent party's. This was taught me by a UK police driving instructor.
Nice! Didn't look easy getting tru that much traffic with a reasonable average speed - good driving. It also helps that most drivers in Poland seem to be good at give way for the ambulance (compared to what we have seen from some other countries).
In Poland you might get in trouble, and not even just the legal kind when you do not make space for the ambulance or fire brigades. Police on the other hand is a different story.
Private ambulance company Medicor doing interhospital transports. In Poland such companies are notorious for using blue lights and sirens without reason. Just to go through traffic faster. They do not respond to any kind of emergency. That’s for sure…
Compared to Dutch ambulances, this feels a lot like "just floor it and try to be safe-ish". I'm not saying they're driving badly, and they may arrive slightly faster, but there's no denying that their style of driving is a lot more risky. It also seemed like quite a long run, and given that there's two of them, this was probably a bigger event they were heading towards, so I can understand the adrenaline and wanting to get there fast.
Its a private ambulanse..so maybe they were transporting patients between hospitals. Here in Poland private EMS is not allowed to respond to any calls coming from 112 (911 in USA)
If there's no where to go, there's no where to go. Ambulances are trained to not force people to move if they can't move. They keep lights on but turn siren off as not to force people to go through red lights - same with fire engines and police.

Poi per altri 25 anni sempre veicoli prioritari di servizio con luce blu e sirena. Vi posso garantire che non è cosi facile districarsi nel traffico in priorità. Per quel che riguarda le distanze tra le due ambulanze non è cosi evidente. Guardando il video è facile parlare di distanze ma nella realtà se hai un paziente in pericolo di vita non è così evidente. L’importante è che la seconda ambulanza deve avere accesa la sirena e cerchi di farsi vedere. Saluti dalla 🇨🇭🇨🇭

You should hear some of the names we have for you lot.
Truck driver has blind spots on his right side.. he was probably concentrating on traffic in front and to his left at that point in time. We truckers have to compenensate for idiots all the time around us and to change position / speed takes a while. ..😅
Ah yes a semi truck going on full brakes all of a sudden is a safe thing to do on a highway... He did exactly what he should, keep going and try not to block them too much

I didn't like the style of driving. I guess there is too much of a risk of never reaching the destination. Better go 10% slower with 10 times better chance to arrive safely.
That was horrendous driving!!! Are you sure it wasn't the Police chasing 'joy riders' in a stolen ambulance? Too fast for much of the drive creating some very unnecessary swerves both by them and the other road users, and loads of unnecessary lane changing.
this distance could have been covered 25-30% faster if it weren't for the 60% blind idiots behind the wheel, especially in the same traffic flow as both ambulances
