    Wow I guess Brett’s beginner I did for 2 months got me in a little shape! I can’t believe I did the whole thing. I’m not as limber and sometimes can’t flex the full traditional way I want because it’s probably more effective.
    This was electrifying awesome!
    I really loved the kicking! I imagined my ex husband of 20 years for divorcing me because MY bipolar was too much for HIM but mainly the cunning new wife he built a house for her dream home twice as big as ours was. Lol
    I could do that all day seeing her face 😂😂😂

    Great hour long Kundalini yoga class! One thing I love about kundalini yoga is how much is strengthens our spines. This class was great for keeping the spine flexible and strong! And was not to difficult for me. Only the shoulder stand I had to stop about 20 seconds before the full 3 mins. Thanks for the great class and I'm looking forward to trying another longer kundalini class in a week or so. Sat nam

      If you want to try another longer class, I highly recommend you to check out "Kriya for Morning Sadhana" It's one of my favorites for longer classes ✨

    Another great practice, Andrew, thank you! I surprised myself staying in salabhasana for 3 mins doing breath retention without counting the seconds! Had to cut the shoulder stand short because I was worried about the damned tendonitis in my shoulders but going to do some qi gong and if they are ok tomorrow I am going in for the full 3 mins, aha!

    Hi, I have been absolutely loving your channel and have been doing your kundalini videos every day for the past two weeks along with the 10 day challenge. Im just wondering, is it normal to get pretty nauseous during most of the poses?

    • @RefeelYoga
      @RefeelYoga  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello Princrss of Light,
      So happy you have been enjoying the channel and taking part in the 10 day challenge. And thank you for your question!
      In short, yes, nausea can be a common experience during these practices, especially in the beginning. Many of the actions you are doing, as well as the Uiddyana Banhda challenge, are super detoxifying for the body, and especially for the digestive system. As we start to squeeze out these toxins and burn through things that have been stored in our system for a long time all kinds of effects can be experienced. On the physical level we may feel nausea, headaches or get a rash. Energetically we may feel restless or lethargic, sometimes even flu like feelings though the nervous system. Also all sorts of emotions, thoughts or memories may start to surface. Many who participated in the challenge told me they had moments of fear, anxiety, worry, sadness and anger. But eventually also experienced feelings of pure love, expansion and ecstasy.
      Trust in the practice and know that whatever is coming up for you is a passing experience. Whether pleasant or uncomfortable all of these effects are a sign that transformation is taking place. My teacher used to tell me "celebrate the symptoms" and after many years of practice and going through all levels of discomfort and suffering, I can confirm. Each and every experience along this path is taking you towards a more complete, more accepting, loving, compasionate, understanding and more abundant experience of life overall.
      Keep up the great effort! Take breaks if you need. Trust yourself. You will succeed 💕🙏🏼

    Does kundalini awakaning poses out of body experiance ?

    • @RefeelYoga
      @RefeelYoga  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It can, but not necessarily. Really, when the Kundalini wakes up it can induce any and every aspect of life into the present moment. But I would not go into it expecting to have an out of body experience.

  • @bestymusic4845
    @bestymusic4845 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hello was it the benefits of having the kundalini active ? to not having it activated ? I had my awakening in 2017, and only go to a few a classes a year and only do the DhyaanGuru Dr. Nipun Aggarwal kundalini mediations once in a while I always feel good after both. thanks peace and love.

    • @RefeelYoga
      @RefeelYoga  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It is a bit of a misconception that the Kundalini can be "not active". It is always active, for it is the energy that gives us life and creates the world around us. We cannot function without it! However, if can be active within each individual to different degrees, in different vibrations. And the degree to which it is active manifests in different experiences and different perceptions.
      The main purpose of raising the Kundalini is growth, expansion of consciousness and evolution. As it awakens we start to become more aware, more conscious of the world around us, more true to who we are. So the downside of not awakening Kundalini is getting stuck in ignorance, having a smaller world view, continuously repeating the same experiences, mistakes, dramas, etc., without learning and growing.
      But this is a factor of karma! Some people are ready and intended to walk the path of Kundlaini awakening and some are supposed to live in their world as it is and repeat the same cycles day after day. It doesn't mean that either person is better or worse it's just that some are at a different part of the journey and have different lessons to learn.

    Hello do you think that visualizing Qi from Root chakra going to crown does help? (Its also weird when i do this,.. when i do visualize white light it go slowly but when its RED its seem like going super fast. sometimes i do feels like im not visualizing anymore but im watching something showed to me :)

    • @RefeelYoga
      @RefeelYoga  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for your question! Yes, this type of visualization is a foundational practice for many Kundalini and Tantric practices, for is encouraging the sublimation of the lower energies towards the higher centres.
      However the way that you can support this movement of energy is many! If you are more of a visual person you can visualize the energy rising. And no, it doesn't need to be white light. It can be shots of lightning, a rising tide of water, red fire...pretty much anything that helps to support YOUR mind with the visual. Though if you're not so visually inclined, maybe you're more tactile. In this case you can simply try to 'feel' the energy rising up the spine. It may feel like vibrations, shaking, tingles, pulsation, heat, liquid, etc.. And some people are more aural. In this case maybe it supports best to 'hear' the energy rising. It could sound like the crashing of a wave, wooshing of the wind, a whistle, and so on.
      The rule with energy work is, "energy flows where the mind goes". So it's best to go with whatever supports your individual mind to imagine the effect until it is truly experienced.

      Hi Ana, maybe I'm not sure what you mean... Are you saying that an ad was shown while you were practicing? Because there should be no ads playing in middle of any of our practices.
      I just double checked. There are two ads set in this video. The first one at 01:55 before the practice begins and the second is at 57:31 after Savasana.

    • @RefeelYoga
      @RefeelYoga  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It really depends on how it is awakened, if one has previous experiences with expanded or altered states of consciousness, and what is one's mindset at the time.
      I would say in general, no. I have never experienced fear during my practice. However, one of the many names for Shiva, expanded consciousness, is "Bhairava", which means 'terrifying one'. Because in that state there can be a huge loss of ones sense of ego, which can feel a bit like death. It's super liberating, but of course if there is strong attachment or identification to one's personality, yes it can be an unpleasant experience.
