So I'm wondering if you had any problems when getting the blaster over. I also live in SA so I would just ask you if your blaster got held by customs.
Hey Brad, I’ve heard some worrying reports of the shell cracking and failing. Have you noticed any points of failure? Do you think the prime bearings running over plastic could in time cause failures? Lastly, Is the shell creaky or solid like the swift and prophecy?
I like it but the plastic sounds super creaky. It reminds me of a long shot that's been taken apart too many times. I'd definitely take the swift if given the choice. The build quality and styling seems superior.
I freely admit that I spent a good deal more than $200.00 on my Custom Internal Prime Crimson Firefly Longshot (It was a ZombieStrike. I'm a talented painter.) trying to get it to the 300FPS range. I really feel like it's performance should match it's looks. I'm currently working on the plunger assembly. I'll just say, it's custom. Now, I need to aim for 400 FPS.

I'm not sure how you'd go about getting your blasters here, you'd have to talk to one of the fields or Safari Zoomer who may be able to take custody of the blaster, register it and then lend it to you on the day. When done, deregister it and send it back to you. I think using a hire blaster would be much easier.
So I'm new to the channel, do you have a video detailing your scope you use? It looks expensive but I'd be interested in finding out about it and how you dial in your sights to get so accurate. If you haven't already done one that is :D
Im not exactly sure exactly what model of optic does Bradley use but in his ZWQ S100s vid (thumbnail is an orange rifle), he used a Novritsch LPVO or low powered variable optic which mean the optic can magnify from about 1x to 10x. I believe the optic in this video is the 1-4x variable scope from novritsch, it’s quite affordable at 99 euros minus shipping cost. Other options for quality LPVO that I recommend is Vortex. I got a vortex strike eagle for my worker harrier. Though vortex might be a bit more expensive. But ultimately choose an LPVO based on the magnification you need (maybe 1-4 or 1-6 or 1-8 magnification), afterwards consider your budget but most importantly make sure you like it. Hope this helps
Same here, got the blue Swift, guess it's just the nature of the hobby to have blasters turned obsolete less than a year with the offerings that are coming out so rapidly.
There may well be folks fighting for air soft but I’d put their chances at around Buckley’s as they’ve just banned gelsoft in certain states. In today’s political and safety obsessed culture, air soft is probably never gonna happen unless there is a cultural shift. I’m sorry to break that to you, airsoft seems a lot of fun and the blasters look mean!!!
I'm sorry about commenting so many times but how hard would the 14kg spring and the included 35cm barrel hit, because I'm not trying to make the blaster go over 300fps because of the fps cap at BFW. The 14kg spring and 45cm barrel hits right below 300fps but I'm trying to make it go a bit lower than that.

Keep in mind the Swift screws into plastic though while this screws metal into metal. Both have downsides.
Now you just need to make some saboted sharp darts and you can hunt small game with it

In another review someone said that the plastic was brittle and prone to cracking. Did you have that problem?
Mine hasn't cracked yet but that's usually the case with clear abs

There is a group in Australia, but considering the status of gel ball blasters, probably not likely any time soon to get it reclassified
