20:45 I think having children makes the crime worse and it’s not a reason to let someone go who has violated their probation. Plus, how sad an 80-year-old great-grandmother has to watch the children. Just messed up and sad. And to the defendant’s mother who stood up in court, those children don’t need to be taken care of someone on cocaine!
Door Dash and Uber again. Does anyone know what percentage of people working for Door Dash and Uber can't get hired anywhere else because of their criminal past? And people voluntarily get into vehicles with them.
@@ScottGuertin - no kidding, Sherlock. Of course the Door Dash criminals eat some of your fries, drink some of your drink, and do nasty stuff to the rest of your food.
Bond is not meant to be punitive. Or restrictive. The purpose of bond is to assure you attend court. So if she did her job quickly then she would resolve her cases, they wouldn’t pick up new charges while on bond.
The defendants have rights, the defense attorneys can’t skate past those just as the ADAs can’t. The judge is mandated to protect defendants rights. If that client wants a trial, the defense attorneys cannot disregard that. So yeah, it gets drawn out, every box must be checked.
@ and I can tell you for a fact. It’s not always the defense. They also drag this out so you do take a plea. And whatever they offer to exhaust you. You have a 6th amendment right. In 1974 they passed the speedy trial act. That says within 100 days you must be brought to trial
Why can't these people stay still and show some respect to the judge and the court? I swear I can't stand people. They seriously make me sick.
Lead poisoning and inbreeding for many generations explains most of these Michigan losers.
Judge Simpson has the heart of Jesus
but will not be insulted. Be honest in
his Court and your visit will be fine.
Jesus the rape baby whose mama Mary was impregnated against her will by a holy ghost? LOL cult members.
Mom needs to get it together
So....we let her out so she can take care of her baby, even though she is constantly testing positive? That poor child.
She still has an attitude.

I mean, only one of those is for getting rides, door dash is delivery.
@@ScottGuertin - Right. The Door Dash criminals just eat some of your fries and spit in the rest of your food.

The man on zoom looks scared to death
It is a bit concerning that so many defendants do door dash and uber, I haven't used these services before and don't think I will.
And Amazon.
Have you seen the recent news story about a pizza delivery driver who stabbed a pregnant woman over a $2 tip? I don't order- I go pick it up myself.
10:54 last I checked uber and DoorDash don’t hire convicted felons…..

So in the start of the video did a defendant pass away in Kalamazoo?
Judge Simpson is a good judge...but he has a very weird eye blink...it creeps me out totally !
It’s from years of hearing unmitigated garbage, by now it’s automatically an effort to keep his eyes from popping out of their sockets.
