My partner doesn't put any sauce on sandwiches barely likes lots of butter, Me I have lots of butter and sauce, Even when he makes me one I have to add the sauce after he cuts it, I struggle to swollow bread otherwise 😂, So I'm with Sean on this. 😂

I do intermittent fasting. It’s usually stated that you only drink water, black coffee or black tea without any sweetener whilst fasting.
