Its great that you share this. Wife and I tried for several years with ups and many downs. Lost some and wife had to get one tube removed due to it leaking. Had one healthy boy a year after that. We tried IVF again due to still having eggs but had no luck. Wife had surgery to remove endometriosis, we took a break and before trying IVF she became pregnant. Which they thought was amazing with one tube. We ended up having two boys without IVF. Wish you both all the best and don't lose hope.

My amh was 0.14, first IVF they were able to extract 5 eggs, but the process wasn’t successful, second IVF during the extraction they were not able to find anything in the follicles. We went through handful of fertility doctors, one of them advised to stop IVF process because of low AMH as the odds were low vs all the medication and psychological burden, and try to conceive naturally. I’ve followed my ovulation days, and my miracle is now 3 years old.

Hey! Just to give you some hope. I had severe stage 4 endo with cysts in both ovaries. I went into surgery to remove all of it and 2 months post op my amh was .75 before surgery it was 3.75!!!! I was devastated. I could not believe it took such a huge dip. My AFC was pre surgery was 17 post surgery was 11. But 5 months later it was 19!! Sometimes your body needs time. At the end of my egg retrievals I only got two embryos. And I’m currently 7 weeks pregnant. I did not think it was possible. But you got this!! Don’t lose hope.

I am a mom, a grandmother aged 69. I do remember being in my early 30's and wondering if I would ever get pregnant. I eventually did and we raised 2 wonderful sons. But in the process, I asked myself some hard questions. I think a lot of people just focus on getting pregnant and the pregnancy, but really that is the smallest part. The biggest part is raising a child for the rest of your life. No matter how you create your family, once you bring home that baby, that baby is EVERYTHING. And how that baby got there, is kind of inconsequential. You are both wonderful people and will make fantastic parents if that is your choosing. Whatever happens, I have no doubt your lives are going to be spectacular.

It took us three different clinics with a long break in between clinics one and two. At the third clinic I learned it was best to put my energy into the current step and take things one at a time.

We had family friends, a young couple like yourselves, (& Italian, too :) who for 8 years tried to conceive naturally & thru IVF, without luck. There were also some endometrial complications that caused two miscarriages, sadly. They finally accepted that they had done all that they could & moved on with life. One morning she woke up feeling sick with flu & surprise - she was pregnant. 😮!? And shortly after giving birth to their daughter, mom became pregnant again with another girl. So, you never know what may happen. Keep the faith. I will keep you both in my thoughts, for good luck! 🤞

I am 35. Currently pregnant with twins ( indentical). Did IVF in Serbia but we also live in US. My AMH was 0.8. Two surgeries of endometriosis- plus another during last miscarriage due to same cyst you have now. My bursted and caused internal bleeding. Had to have surgery plus D&C. 8 months later we did IVF. 6 eggs retrieved. Fresh transfer of 3 embryos and one stuck. And decided to divide and give us twins. IVF is hard it’s very hard but don’t look at the numbers - don’t read statistics. My AMH in May was 0.96 and in July 0.8 makes no sense but it doesn’t matter. One thing about endo- during stimulation not all eggs mature in the same time- that’s why I had only 6. My ultrasound showed 13 before but when time came that’s all we got. So don’t worry.

I also have Hashimoto and am on thyroid meds- to add to all risk factors. You need just one embryo that’s all. Trust God and your body.
Do proper supplements - NAC, CoQ10 600mg daily, prenatal , green tea, magnesium. I was on this protocol for 6 months. Btw alpha lipoic acid with B6 and magnesium can help with this cyst. I was on this protocol for my hematoma during first few weeks of pregnancy.

This is a very personal topic... but I want to share my experience that I had with my wife. My wife and I had 4 rounds of IVF maybe 5... so when you say you don't know what some means... eventually you will if you are on this journey long enough. My experience comes from 18 years ago which today my daughter is going to college now. We had one of the top clinics which we failed over and over again. We had both live cycles and frozen cycles. Our success came when our doctor talked to one of the leading doctors who used a very old procedure involving the drug Lupron.
The doctor who gave this formula to our doctor was not on our insurance so I did pay for my wife to see him once. My doctor was a skeptic of this treatment but he had pretty much given up. On this treatment my wife produced 12 follicles. A much better result compared to other drugs. We froze half of them. The frozen cycle actually worked. My advice to both of you is to seek additional doctors because one solution does not seem to fit for all.

I know it’s hard to not get caught up into the numbers and statistics of everything along the journey. My “poor quality” eggs took and resulted in healthy babies. Hellooo from the UK 🇬🇧 I had an unexpected and unknown ruptured ovarian cyst back in 2017, since then every time I ovulated it caused immense pain, we had been trying for 2 years with no luck. I had a lap and dye test on December 12th 2018 they found endometriosis and cut it away and referred us to fertility…but..January 12th 2019 after weeks of feeling “symptoms” we got the positive test! Daughter Valentina born in the Sept 2019 and later had another surprise, a son Liam in Feb 2021! Ever since that ruptured cyst I’ve had very painful ovulation every month, that is my story but you both have been on a much longer and harder journey than me, I hold out hope for you both that you will have your little bambino in the future! ❤ xx

2019 at 31 yo before my firstborn my amh was 0.9,told there was no way of conceiving naturaly, they put me on Cikloproginova to start IVF,became pregnant with twins naturally next month, unfortunately lost one pretty early on in pregnancy but have a healthy boy who will be 5 in a month. Got pregnant again after one year first try, healthy boy who is now 3 years old.Weren't planning on having more kids than last year at 35yo was told because of some cyst to check on amh and it was 0.3, was put on Cikloproginova and got pregnant with twins who are now healthy three months old,a boy and a girl. My endocrinologist told me that AMH is just a number,no one takes it seriously anymore, ultrasound is much more realiable way of knowing how many eggs you got. I wish for you the same journey and outcome- 4 kids 😜❤️

My AMH was 0.4, at 39 yo. Then I had a pregnancy without treatment but ended in a misscarriage. 1.3 years after the AMH test (so, surely with AMH lower than 0.4) we had an egg retrieval and I produced 13 eggs, sent 4 embryos to PGT, one came genetically ok and I am now 35 weeks pregnant.
If your heart says go on, go on.

IVF is so hard. Thank you for sharing. I was lucky enough to have success but I’m still dealing with the trauma that came with the process.
Three years ago, I decided to move forward with having a child as a single mom by choice. My AMH was 2.3, 17 follicles - everything looked great so I tried IUI before going to IVF. No luck until my 5th IUI, which unfortunately ended in a missed miscarriage. During that cycle, the nurse told me I had what looked like an endometrioma on my right ovary. I had scheduled an appointment with the practice’s endo specialist, ‘just in case’ my pregnancy didn’t go to term. Thankfully I didn’t cancel it - I found out the pregnancy wasn’t viable on Wednesday, saw the specialist on Friday, he did my D&C on Tuesday, then had endo surgery 7 weeks later. They removed a 6cm cyst, removed adhesions from my ureters, my colon, ovaries etc., removed DIEs, excised a softball sized piece of my peritoneum. Crazy as I really didn’t have symptoms.
9 weeks later I did my first egg retrieval. My AMH had dropped to 1.3, I only retrieved 9 eggs and ended up with 1 embryo. I did a second ER, this one gave me 8 eggs but 3 embryos, one of which became my 4 month old daughter.

I applaud you both for sharing this highly personal experience with us all. I really am cheering for you both and hope you get good news and this IVF process works for you. Also, I love your cat. I've always had a black cat at various times in my life. I appreciate you sharing this. I'm totally out of the loop in what the AMH is all about and I am learning about IVF which is something I knew very little about.
I'm 71, was diagnosed with endo when I was just 19 and had a miscarriage at 22. I had exploratory surgery at 30 to assess my endo situation (I had always had such severe cramps starting at age 11). I had widespread endo and they put me on 6 months of Danocrin (I think that's how it's spelled) which stopped my month cycles. Without intervention, I got pregnant at 32 and gave birth to my only child the day before my 33rd birthday. When my son was 4 1/2 years old, I had to have a hysterectomy with 3 other surgeries at the same time (none of it due to the endo).
I wish you well and hope you get great news. I will be looking at more of your videos in order to get more information on your journey and more about endo and the AMH. Thank you.

My AMH is 0.2. I found out that when I was 35 after a couple years of trying without a success. No doctor had told me to do this test, I didn't even know it existed. So that was shocking. We tried IVF with my eggs once and we got one, low-quality embrio so of course it didn't go well. Apart from that I was as fit as a fiddle so we kept trying to conceive naturally. And no success. I was down in the dumbs. But I really, really wanted to have a baby, be pregnant, experience all of this just once in my life. And one doctor suggested that we might get an egg from a donor. I don't really care about my genes, I just wanted the donor to have similar phenotype to mine. And now I'm 38, pregnant and my due date is in february! I can feel my daughter move inside me and I already love her very, very much. It took me one year to make this decision but this is the best decision in my life. My family and close friends know that the egg wasn't mine but they are very supportive, accepted it and are looking forward to meeting our little baby. And of course she is mine. The egg was just a tiny piece, I'm making her body, bones, everything with my blood. So ragazzi... there is always a chance and hope...
