This home is my "all others gets compared to " I got to tour this home at my local dealer. I fell in love with it and other than color/flooring changes I am 100% satisfied. Although I would add the side covered porch with fireplace. If you like the way it looks in the video I promise, seeing it in person is incredible. The layout, for me, is perfect.

We live in middle TN and are hoping to have the land ready for site prep this year. Right now clearing underbrush, a little clear cutting and driveway cut. Keep up the great work, your home tours are extremely helpful.

Love love love this home. I have noted many times on other sites that the microwave has been mounted above the stove, which I have repeatedly said I didn't like, and whamo this home didn't have that...I really got exicted. Second, it great to see a large laundry room and one that is not cramped up so tight that you would have to set your laundry basket in the hallway. I do love the colors and amount of wood in this house, and the colors blend very well. Good job on the home, you have my thumbs up and I would go as far to pay all of the money needed to have one transported to Idaho!

Just a stunning home. The only thing I would change is in the kitchen. I'm an older woman with arthritis, so one thing I'd like to see, and have seen in some, is a pot filler over the stove top. It really is a gorgeous home.
I like this home. I would add the basement and the garage with the four bedroom option. I would also adjust the entrances to the kitchen, put the island horizontal instead of vertical, possibly making it only one ROM of cabinets with more overhang of counter for seating. All in all a nice home.

I would add a garage, no carpet throughout the home. Also, would like a regular standard total electric stove appliances in all black. Don't care for wood beams in the ceiling, remove fireplace, and add kem lights over the entertainment center. In laundry room, remove extra cabinets against the wall, would like open space for a refrigerator or deep freezer. I like it other than that.

Love this home with added 2 car garage off of the office. The only change l would make is to get rid of the big pantry window and add more shelving. I would put a transom window over the top shelf where the current window is.
@@KentuckyDreamHomes l tend to put big appliances in the pantry: slow cookers, instant pots, large serving platters, breadmaker, etc. I keep canned goods in a pantry unit with a swing out. Really keeps things well organized.

What a beautiful home!!!, I would add the family room, the perfect living room area, I dislike the kitchen Hazlewood cabinets, I prefer little dark cherry or light cherry cabinets. I love the laundry room, and I will buy the freezer in the laundry room, and I could put the air vent on the ceiling! not on the floor vents.

I would have chosen a different flooring options (1 style unified), a formal living room and dining room with eat in kitchen. Otherwise, the home is beautiful. I like it.

Anything more modern in the style of Swedish, Danish, more light, high ceilings, light colors in floors, cabinets, birch, bamboo, open floor plan with less walls and straight simple lines instead of those out of date arches?
We can do that too. We have homes that are larger and have more bedroom and bathroom options. Take a look at the Karios. It is even larger and can be made to have several more bedrooms and bathrooms!

If this home had a foyer, I would consider it perfect. I don't like a front door that just dumps right into the home, if strangers are at the door, they are right into your living-dining room or kitchen.
I wonder could this home also have a plan for a basement stairwell?. In the master bathroom could a whirlpool tub replace the soaker tub of the same size..
It’s hard to find a modular/mobile that has a handicap package, i.e. no toilet closet(s) in the master bath for easy transfer, a nice large shower that also gives the ability for those that have mobility challenge, etc. As gorgeous as this home is (as many are!) they just aren’t handicap accessible. And most of us that are mobility challenged, we don’t have a fortune to change what is already done once the house is bought. 🤷🏻♂️
I would knock down the walls in the kitchen / dining area and make it all open to yhe living area. I would also add windows by the stove and remove some of thos cabinets. Im soory, but bo one needs that many cabinet. I would also go wirh more coastal colors on the wall/ floors (gray/white) and brighten it up. There is some wasted space
