I love the size of this home. As mentioned, I always want ceiling vents. I believe air circulates better. Floor vents are usually blocked by furniture and decor. Also, a window that opens above a sink is a must have with all appliances against the wall. A space for a freezer would be helpful as well as large doors to every room, closet, pantry, etc. also helpful is a covered porch or roofed breezeway leading to the door. I don’t know about you, but when it rains, I don’t want to get wet turning off alarm, opening the door, getting mail from a locked box or delivered packages getting wet. I’ve noticed the majority of mobile or modular homes don’t have attached garages and if they do, you have to walk to the front door.

I like that it can be either a 5 or 6 bedroom home, and that it can be set on a full functional basement as well. Really nice and cozy home. If I were buying I would prefer it as a modular, with heating outlets in the ceiling.

I love this home. I would make a few tweaks such as making the living room side even with the back and moving the front to the left giving more room to the front right bedroom closet. A larger pantry would be nice. 2 master suits. Access to the attic for extra storage. Steeper roof line in front. That would also need a very large efficient furnace and AC for that large a house. Can one get guttering and solar options?

This home is gorgeous! It is light, airy and clean looking. I love the kitchen counters and would use for every counter. The 2 x 6 side walls are an added assurance.

I would take the standard hot water heater out and put in a tankless water heater. Also, remove the stucco ceiling and do a flat ceiling. I would have ceiling fans in the every room

This house is much larger than I would like . I like good use of space like they do in tiny houses so no hallways for me.Also an open concept in kitchen and living room leading to back yard through French doors with the master bedroom off living room that also has French doors opening to a back yard patio. Building lots most places are small today and don't allow for a large house unless you go to a second story. Loved that large closet. I could go for a small bathroom with large shower with glass doors and the second could be just a stand alone tube or tube and shower. My household just showers so a lot of tubs would be a waste. A lot of builders neglect the closet space. Your master closet Iooks like a Beverly Hills closet.
I saw the opening into the kitchen I thought you were going to have stools that pulled up to eat by the kitchen. Then I realized it was just an opening.
Wooden feature wall is nice. Great to see real wood caninets. Love color of cabinets.

I would make that extra space to master
bedroom to be French doors to walk out terrace screened in. I would like all floor
vents to be in the ceilings. Remove the tub from guess bedrooms. Make them all showers with large shower heads.
Update closets to be all walkin closets.
All toilets to have a closet them with a window.

We can do the tub in the master for you. We are currently looking at putting something in central Florida and might have an announcement on that very soon.
This is a beautiful house! Only thing I would suggest is bigger cloths in kids room. Very small! Other than that a very beautiful home!

It's a great home. If anyone thinking about getting one. Make it a modular home. That's what we going with. The back porch making it a office. I know everyone have questions about the kitchen. The company can not do a pot filler. What we doing is adding a small sink by stove.

I really like this home overall. I don’t like how far away from the stove the kitchen sink is. I like the island size and I like that it is all one level and I like that it doesn’t have the sink or stove on the island. But when you’re cooking you need to easily be able to reach over and drop something into the sink, washer hands and do other things.

Beautiful home. I agree about the sink being closer to the stove. Would love to have barn doors to close off the family room from the kitchen area. Pantry needs more shelving. Have you ever done a tankless hot water heater or considered any solar options? No carpet anywhere for my family. Love bay windows and especially those with storage seating used as part of dining seating. Stage the living areas to not have furniture against the walls. Yes...1st manufacturer to come up with a private entry master suite wins. I've seen a couple floor plans that come close, but are still off a man living/family room.

I think this home is great but I would add Trey Ceilings in the living spaces. Also the pantry is a nice size but for the size of the home I would make it bigger.

😀 in 5-10 years many homes will be made in some type of factory and replace how homes use to be made. Love the home and has basement that you could add more rooms, storage, or your man cave🦾💪

Can you do a 60" gas range with brick matching the exterior? Also double ovens and galley sink with a prep sink by the range? I drew a plan to build a modular with the three pieces with the two halves making up my kitchen. We are looking for a modular but getting tired of looking and then being told it will be 8-10 months till we can even get a home.
We can do all that. We can also likely get it done much faster than 8-10 months.

I live in a manufactured home in South Texas. The construction and insulation were beefed up and we added a heat pump. But honest to Pat, whoever designs yawls bathrooms must have a butler or maid standing next to the sinks, shower, or tub to hold the towels! Ours was a 4-bedroom and I moved some walls around to make it a 3-bedroom. Even still, that bathroom isn't hardly big enough to change your mind in! Another thing we did and, I'm sorry, but every single manufactured, modular home ALWAYS has at least 1 and most of the time 2 sides with NO windows at all, why is that? We were able to put windows in ours. Maybe people don't think of that. Do the closets have lights in them? They looked real dark and there were no switches outside them. Pat Duffey made an excellent point, put a laundry sink in the laundry room, Lord knows there's enough room. One thing I've noticed about so many homes, so much attention is paid to the layout, and grand things that you forget the little things that really make a house a home. Maybe yawls designers should live in a home for a month and see what ideas they come up with.

Was that little bar the Master closet in the first bedroom? Can a sink and dishwasher be put in the island across from the stove? Doing dishes and running a noisy dishvwasher in an open wall by the living room seems odd. Also would tighten up the foot plan of a too large kitchen. Very nice house.

This my favorite home, but why are Deer Valley home $50,000. - $100,000 more than other homes? I love that you don’t walk thru the front door and look directly into the kitchen. And I also like that it actually has a dedicated dining room, even it’s kind of small. Love the den/family room, I would switch the living room fireplace to the family room. I would need 4 bedrooms, heck I just need my room and a guest room. At these prices I would hope this home comes with a garage. With all that said I absolutely love this home, the price is steep, so I guess I will have to stick with the ‘Nola’ 😊
Great question! The Deer Valley homes are more expensive because they are built better. They use higher quality materials that cost more money, and they do not cut corners. They simply build a very high quality home and that does cost more money. It will also save you money down the road because these homes are better insulated and require less maintenance than a lot of other homes (including site-built homes). Thank you for the question.
Absolutely fabulous however you do not serve Idaho Washington or Montana I need one up here as this is where I'm from and I need one with two master suites I'm an elderly lady going to move in with my daughter but I want to buy the house and I still have a granddaughter in high school anyway beautiful beautiful home very eloquently did you speak it wasn't annoying and you showed the rooms wonderfully where a person can see the room thank you for that everybody else just drives you nuts thank you. If you end up up here or you have an affiliate up here I would love to know about them

A disabled person would have to have a roll in shower and a better positioned water closet. Also much larger. I think if you eliminated the linen closet and included it in the water closet and eliminated the door and turned the toilet. Might work.

The linen closet in the master bath is significantly wider than the pantry? That should be reversed. Also, this is made for larger households There's going to be traffic around the microwave, and the stove-separate the two. A 15ft long closet seems a bit much. Separate it in half and add another door at the opposite end, close to the entry bathroom. Now you have a storage room for holiday items Or an office. You all did great at having SOO MUCH ROOM to work with in this model!
