Good productions values. Excellent
I did pretty much the same thing. I used Brock Replacement 6 Piece Set Headlights, Corner and Side Park Signal Lights $87 off Amazon. Came with new headlight bulbs although, I bought, OXILAM 2023 Newest 9007 HB5 LED Headlight Bulbs from Amazon $39
I only had 1 plastic piece that was a hair short not allowing the clip to slide in. I took a razor knife and widened the slot just slightly and worked fine.
I also took all those threaded plastic pieces, added a bit more grease and ran them up and down a few times as they were pretty stiff. Loosened them right up and was no need to replace the up and down adjustment piece.
I also left out the bezel with the turn signal and side light waited for dark and adjusted the headlight as you cant do left and right with the bezel on, so I didn't bother copying the existing measurements.
Nicely done. I’ve found there’s more than one way to skin an OBS headlight replacement… Thanx for sharing.
I have just done this, the guys are exactly correct about removing the front radiator shroud, dont even think you will get those clips off on the vehicle.
Ya how did you remove the bracket that goes from turn signal housing to the header bracket? I cant get to it without removing headlight and headlight wont come out without removing turn signal.
Circlip pliers remove those clips easily. That said I took the whole support out too. I just wanted to give everything a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint.
Love te intro.......AWESOME!
Thank you young Jedi...

Thank you for taking the time to make this video, much appreciated!
You’re welcome sir. We enjoyed making it. Let me know how your project came out.
Thanks for the part about removing the header panel. It was virtually impossible to remove those clips without taking that off. The new headlights were not OEM and they required a little sanding of the header panel where the headlight adjuster plastic went through, just like you talked about. I used a a small drum sander on an air die grinder.
Hi ya William, Your very welcome. Glad to know our headlight replacement video helped you out. We have six of these 9th generation F-150s in our corral. If there is anything you would like us to see us work on, let me know...
@@littleredtoolbox7850 I've had this truck, F350 diesel 7.3 ,since brand new. 300k miles now. Rep!aced power window gearboxes, glowplugs, rear fuel tank, dipstick leak at oil pan, thermostats, power window main switch, air conditioner compressor electrical connection, shocks, etc. Maybe I can make some videos 😉 LOL I still think it's a much better truck than my 2017 Ram diesel. I wish Ford would put Cummins diesels in their trucks.
Anzo halo projector is better than the originals?
I see a lot of OBS owners swapping to halo projectors. I cannot recommend anything that I have not installed on our trucks. I read there is a lot more to the halo installs than the originals. Things like the wiring harness, aiming of the lights, and of course the extra cost. Just do your research before purchasing. We already have done three of the headlight replacements so it’s a NASCAR pit stop for us. Haha. Anyway, let me know what you decide. And let me know how it goes. Send some pix. Be smart. Be safe. Be well...
@@littleredtoolbox7850 thanks bro

Thanx for helping Martinez317 out. Got any pix of your install? Please post them here to help anyone else that is considering doing a headlight swap project.
Great video!
If I'm changing the turn signal and side marker as well, do they just unscrew/unbolt from the headlight trim piece?
What is the size bulb for marker light and running light?
Information starts 2 minutes in
What size did he mumble
Nice
Betty's and Jedi??
Camera way too far away. Don't care what u guy's look like. Want to see the truck parts not your profiles.
hahahahahaha had me at the intro thank you for the info now i thing im gonna change mine on my 96
Hey Mike, thanx for the response to the the video and nice to know it made you laugh. We enjoyed putting it together. Yeah, way easier to take off the radiator header to change out the headlights. Enjoy your new night driving vision! -Jedi Jed
Doesn't show him taking the nuts off for the bezel. I have a 92 F150 that I cannot reach the nut closest to the fender.
its a 11 mm nut remove battery on right side and remove washer tank on left side to get to the nut
Don't say it's easier I just watched a guy do it 10 seconds
In the world happened to the first part of the video
Everything is black cant see nothing!???
This is stupid wanted a video showing how to and seeing the fasteners beingvremoved showing all this from 4 ft away sucks
