    Great idea. I'm going to have to try a pair of these. Horizontal bar chin-ups always give me elbow tendonitis, but rings that allow me to move freely don't. These look super portable as well.

    Great review mate
    One question - have you tried doing weighted chin ups with them? I’d like to know if they can handle something like 150kg of weight

    • @LeeDowningKeat
      @LeeDowningKeat  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Glad you enjoyed the review mate, each strap and handle can handle 180kg so 360kg altogether. Hope that helps

      @@LeeDowningKeatnot true, you are not combining straps to one handle, using them independently from each other only gives them the strength of each strap. Your body weight is the same on each handle, if you hold one handle its holding what ever weight you are, if you hang from 2 handles the weight is still the same on each handle.

      @@Studentsvoice560 Fortunately, you are incorrect. when a weight is suspended from two anchors (that are directly above the load), the load is shared between the anchors.

    Would this work for someone who experiences rear shoulder pain from pull ups/chin ups?

    Good video, thanks for that. What is the diameter of the handles at the thickest point? Thanks for the info.

      Thanks for watching glad you found it useful, looks around 1” 1/2 thick but has grooves so comfortable in the grip but you do have to grip harder I find

    Are they better than the swissies ?

    • @LeeDowningKeat

      Yes as they have more uses but swisses are pretty good too, I recently got some that are at a 45 degree angle

      Def. not. I have a pair of angles that I never use. Angles 90 have a tendecy to in to your fingers and etc. I do not recommend. Swissies I do use especially when have paiful elbows
