The plastic angels would have been great to make a mold of, then you could make angels out of resin, plaster, or other mediums. Plus, if you put a little paint on the angels, you could have gotten them to look like cement. They're a good thing to test different processes on.
The Santa from Germany I knew exactly what it was because when my husband went to Germany years ago he brought back a Snowman Smoker among MANY other TREASURES...
I love the heartland dishes. I had a complete set back in the 80's. Over the yrs the dishes were all broken, The blue china dishes from Germany my husband bought me a eight piece setting for my wedding gift. They were all broken in a storm. I'm not physically able to shop so I really enjoy watching you thrift!
Oh my, you need to know that almost anything decent with USA imprinted on it will likely be profitable. The planter looks to be at least from the 1950's. It would be interesting to find out how much some of the heavier pieces cost, like the country plates, etc. I had one of the brass trays and should have kept it - they are from early 1970's. I am 76y and have crafted, created, thrifted and antiqued most of my life and have been through many different styles that are now popular. I am still drawn to the old lady shabby chic county stuff, however I have moved past that decor and cannot imagine anyone actually paying good money for some of it. That said, I am sure you know more about your buyers as I am not a reseller. I am a big fan of Crazy Lamp Lady's knowledge and Goodwill outings, though I am always on the lookout for others. I have now watched all of your thrifting videos and though it frustrating not being able to command anyone to look at something, it fills a gap in my life these days as I cannot thrift like I used to. I am still a sucker for dolls and could not have passed up the small American Girl, though my daughter and her daughter never cared much (sigh). Thank you!
Ohhhh!! I wanted to cry when you left the piece of Hull pottery! The 3 footed #402 planter can sell for about $12 up depending on condition, etc. and even into the $25 range. And I liked the German dishes. We have garbage at the Goodwill where I live or it is very expensive. 😢
I know “thrifters” have to be careful not to overbuy and get things that just collect dust. I am guilty of that. Often, the way I pick and choose depends on if it is an item I can get any time at a yard sale. Such as some, not all, baskets. Every one is different.
You should go back and get the dishes! They really sell for a good price as people like my self are always looking for extra pieces. Nice shopping trip!
I'm with you about loud music. Our supermarket has days where there is no music and the lighting is reduced.I can relax, concentrate and remember what I needed.Love the crock.
I loved the bamboo edge brass trays. They look collected. I perked up too when you we’re looking at those gold ornaments. Even if plastic they look delicate, my favorite look for my flocked pencil tree!
I never used to decorate with Nutcrackers until my 12 year old grandson started collecting them 3 years ago. It is part of our German heritage. I loved the 2 bunnies.
I love the little, gold frames. I'm always looking for gold, ornate frames for my paintings. 🌸. You found a lot of nice things today. They were all pretty!
Lovin' the bunnies and 2 brass trays. Not sure why the bins haven't caught on here in Canada. Looks like so much fun and a great way to spend a Saturday with like-minded friends.
Love thrifting with you! The International Heartland dinnerware are popular and very much sought after especially for resellers who happen to find them. The dinner plates resell for up to $20. It may not be everybody’s style but they do have a good resale value.
Very good finds. Yes the bowls are excellent. You spend $14 That's crazy. I don't drive so I can't go thrift shopping. But I always enjoy seeing what you get.
I have a large and small oval tray with that same pattern.... no idea what to do with them.... the large is too big for a table centerpiece and the small is too small 😳🤣
I think this might be an older video? She mentioned “it’s not even Christmas yet” when she was talking about the bunnies she picked up. I could be wrong, either way I’ve never seen this one but for those of you asking about if it will be on her sale next month.
I despise the music. I have cochlear implants, and it is almost painful. I hate overhead music in any store. Loved the video, though, as well as your others!
I had a doctor tell me that if you give your kids too much of anything like toys or even crafts that you contribute to their lack of attention because their brain jumps too fast from thing to thing. Don’t know if that matters or not, I was looking for something other than drugs for ADHD.

Love the rabbits! You could have disclosed the arm was missing and sold it cheaper than $80

I enjoy the footage of your treasure hunting, but I especially like your accent. Keep up the great work!
I would have grabbed the German dishes 🤗
Those ornaments: paint white, cover in Modge Podge, sprinkle with Diamond Dust or fine glitter. I sell them in my booth.

There is a business that may interest you, since you aren’t physically able to shop. Replacements, Ltd.
It is in Burlington NC and has everything.

Jocelyn “Crazy Lamp Lady” knows her stuff as a reseller.
Love watching you thrift. I got my sister a Corning ware baking dish for 1.99 at the Goodwill tonight!
I liked Santa best and if I was keeping it for myself I would buy it and set it in corner to hide missing arm.
Me to!

Omg! I know....I was trying to tell her but I guess she didn't hear me.😥
We can just cry together! 😢
Those antique planters are so special with some succulents in them!
She left behind some money-making items. Being a reseller comes with experience. Not everything has to be upcycled to make money.

The rabbits and the leaf were my favourites x. x
Julie, those blue plates are expensive and they are so nice
I have those rabbits! I love rabbits for my yard and inside for Easter
What a great idea
I loved all the angels!
Love the leaf dish.
Love love the trays especially the rectangle

We LOVE Sandra Boynton!!! They are so much fun to read aloud.
Love bells. So much fun thrifting.
My kiddos loved the books by Sandra Boynton!
That’s a German Smoking man, love them!
NO nutcrackers!! They are creepy!!🥰
My daughter in law is afraid of them!
The bowls are the best.
You should go back and get the dishes! They really sell for a good price as people like my self are always looking for extra pieces. Nice shopping trip!
Yes on the nutcrackers I collect them
Hi Julie!!! Thanks for posting so many great thrifting videos. Also - your sweet daughter is adorable. ❤😊
I just love these thrift hauls. Please keep them coming.
OMG! that urn!! I wish I was there!!!
Those brass Bamboo trays are worth some change. Those were a find.😊
What about applying an IOD stamp to the yellow napkins? Perhaps something spring and/or Easter theme. Hugs from Texas🤠
Oh those bowls, yes please! Loved the leaf.
The bunnies!!!! Love them

I love the bunnies. Never any here at my little thrift.
I never used to decorate with Nutcrackers until my 12 year old grandson started collecting them 3 years ago. It is part of our German heritage. I loved the 2 bunnies.
Love the bowls and the bunnies❤
Omgosh, that music! Love the bunnies!
Those brass trays! 😍 and the pretty little bowls look like the French version of Corelle. That is a 'thing' & collectable, but usually have a stamp 🤔
I love the little, gold frames. I'm always looking for gold, ornate frames for my paintings. 🌸. You found a lot of nice things today. They were all pretty!
Bins can become addicting!
I agree the gold frames are lovely
I love the Santa, rabbits, and also I really liked the heartland plates.
Love the brass trays.
I mix inexpensive and better quality faux florals together. Doing this helps me to be more budget friendly.
I love the bunnies 🐇❤️
I love twine.Always keep it in for a variety of uses. The brass trays are great.
Lovin' the bunnies and 2 brass trays. Not sure why the bins haven't caught on here in Canada. Looks like so much fun and a great way to spend a Saturday with like-minded friends.
Always pick up usa marked pottery if it’s not cracked or overly chipped. Those 3 legged planters are late 40’s or early 50’s I think.
Leaf dish you could use as a spoon rest.
Bunnies!!!! Always love the bunnies.
The bowls...yes very cute
That white ceramic leaf was my favorite. Too bad about Santa's arm!
Love the brass trays! I just sold one for a pretty good price! It was pretty ornate.
Love thrifting with you! The International Heartland dinnerware are popular and very much sought after especially for resellers who happen to find them. The dinner plates resell for up to $20. It may not be everybody’s style but they do have a good resale value.
They were my first dishes when I got married in 1984. I served many a meal on those plates. I loved those dishes.
My sister-in-law had that.
Good haul! ONE thing I get sick of though is the loud music at thrift stores. I'd rather shop in silence
Bunnies are my favorite
Very good finds. Yes the bowls are excellent. You spend $14 That's crazy. I don't drive so I can't go thrift shopping. But I always enjoy seeing what you get.
Love the brass? trays!!
Love the trays!!! You sound sick, hope you are feeling okay.
I would have picked up the goosebumps boardgame and vinrage plastic xmas candlesticks they would resell well.
I couldn't believe you didn't buy the Heartland plates. I've had the set since the 80's. I'm always on the lookout for extra pieces
Love the trays!
It turns out that 402 USA Pottery was Hull Pottery. You could have gotten a couple of bucks out of that.
Love the trays
Love the books!
Wait! ! ! You didn't get anything weird this time! 😂
Enjoyed the video.
Get the cherubs and paint them white
Hope your feeling ok Julie, your voice sounded a bit tired during this one...great haul though! I absolutely love watching your videos!
Why did u not take blue/Grey pottery bowl?
Love your Bins videos! Why do you think they play music so loud?? Deter lingering??
Did anyone know that whatever doesn’t sell from the bins gets thrown out?
I have a large and small oval tray with that same pattern.... no idea what to do with them.... the large is too big for a table centerpiece and the small is too small 😳🤣

Hi Heidi, I think Julie meant to say Easter.
I like the bunnies. Will this haul be on sale In March?
❤️
No nutcrackers and I half German lol 😬
Is this a repeat video?
I think it might be.
I despise the music. I have cochlear implants, and it is almost painful. I hate overhead music in any store. Loved the video, though, as well as your others!
Do u ever get haunted from things u buy

I HATE those plates! My MIL has a set and I want to bust every single one! Ugly!
