    As an undergrad business student these 30 min have literally been more informative than most of my courses. Would love to see a series made out of this!

    Absolutely brilliant!
    I’ve been involved in several elements within the scope of Business Development for more than 20 years and this is hands down the best video I’ve seen on planning and determining your strategy to launch or move forward with a start up. Why does this video not have more than 100k views?
    We lived in a world that’s truly mystifying cause this premium content and the great strategies and how to’s are invaluable. And people should be lining up to thank you for the work and time put into providing this to us.
    I know I’m just one voice but I want to join with the other commenters on your channel to deeply and sincerely thank you for these amazing, helpful, beautiful and extremely professionally-executed videos.

    That's amazing! metaverse seems to be so hot nowadays. I own some plots. I'm hoping that MOON (a life simulation game) will fly just like other projects.

    Putting "Lean" with your excellent use of Mind mapping is way ahead of the game. I have spent quite some time understanding Lean.. & your presentation here just makes it all so much clearer.. More please!!

      Thanks Frank! It's surprising not more people are using these frameworks to inform their biz decisions.

      @@ShengHuang What you have inadvertently discovered, is that you are probably tapping into the 'early adopters". As you know from "Lean" this is perhaps 13- 17% of people. The one thing that Prof Steve Blank shows, is how disastrous the last 50 years of developing business management has been, The management is locked into old paradigms & afraid to look further. Your channel is important to show the new entrepreneurs the right mind set. All the best.. looking forward to more great stuff from you..

    Super useful video, Sheng, thank you! I've been binge watching all of your videos for the past 2 days, really top notch content.
    What would you recommend for someone who wants to think more strategically? Maybe books, courses, tools? Not only business related, but overall

      Hi Simona, I'm glad they're helpful! I'm curious, which videos have resonated most with you and why? Re: your question, I'd highly recommend Thinking in Systems by Donella Meadows. Antifragile by Nassim Taleb and Seeking Wisdom by Peter Bevlin are both excellent too.

      @@ShengHuang Thank you for your reply and recommendations! The videos I have watched the most are on productivity, learning, and business strategy. I really liked your mindful approach to life (retro, reflecting in a journal and empowering mind maps). This is something I’ve been working on in my life too, but you took it to the next level with the mind maps. I actually started using mind maps right away and am really impressed with their power. Cannot look at my linear notes from last semester now, haha. I also read through all of your articles on MMN, especially on structured thinking and strategy. Kind of trying to adopt your analytical mindset, I guess😬I would like to support you and join the community, is there any chance you’d have a student discount for the community subscription in the future? If not, I would definitely sign up after I find a job, so please keep it going and continue creating more content!

    Hi, what do you think about learning in different locations? When you go outside and learn specific information in certain locations. In this case brain build internal map of wisdom. I have noticed that when I walk and then I have anergy to learn information. I would like to create training while walking. What do you think ?

    Paying upfront for quality leads and marketing is just too expensive-I simply can't afford it. I really need a service where I can pay only for results, any help would be appreciated.

    Any experience you can share in evaluating acquisition targets?

    • @ShengHuang
      @ShengHuang  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I've only been on the acquiree side. But I'd say watch out for hype cycles and competitive pressures. Those are the two greatest non-biz leverage points for acquisition targets to drive up their valuation/price. I.e. if you're in corp dev looking at AI right now (tons of hype), and there's a ton of FOMO from your competitors in certain areas, you can bet that your acquisition targets will use that in their pitches. Identify your real org need, think long, discount hype, and you'll be good.
