It's nice to see other colors being used for the interior, I also like the new wheel design. This car seems to be a hot seller in each market that it is being sold. Is the Polestar 3 and 4 out at dealerships in China yet?
Definitely not, I work in sales in the UK and the most common complaints from customers have now been adjusted. This is a good step forward and better than anything in its class for the money.
@@DeadlyDizzle-yn1vz I think this new interior doesn't match the exterior design. The Seal has a sexy and sporty exterior design, and this new interior is more classic and serious, more in line with a comfort-oriented sedan like the Seal DM-i. The only points that I found better are the adoption of a panoramic roof with blinds and better ambient lighting in the doors. Otherwise, I thought everything had a lot less personality. My opinion
I’m torn. We have a ‘23 Seal Performance and love it. The addition of the power sunshade is great, but not sure if I’m sold on the interior. It seems a bit more conventional is most aspects, whereas my model is a bit quirky. I wish we had more interior colours than just the light blue and black to choose from, which it seems brown is an option now. The ambient lighting seems to be better in this new one too. And we saw another ‘25 where the rear BYD badge lit up red with the tail lights. And most everything else is the same switchgear wise other than the actual dash design. But I think it will bring more traditionalists to the fold. Would def buy another especially if the Performance model has more range and less weight. And the sunshade is a nice thing to have. On the fence design wise, but car wise I’d buy another in a heartbeat.
Over the past few days I’ve had a chance to check out some EVs (BMW, BYD, ORA and Polestar) and I noticed that the steering wheel don’t come out far enough, except for BMW. I was surprised with Polestar as I figured it would extend further as Swedes tend to be on the taller side, which would allow a tall person to have a proper driving position. The Seal seats feel nice with that vegan leather however, there was no adjustment for the rear of the seat, separate from the height of the entire seat and as mentioned, the steering wheel don’t come out far enough. I’m about 172-3cm, when I found that spot where my legs and back feel comfortable, the steering required more reach. I like the car however, the driving position is important so it may not work for me. May have to go back to Audi for another e-tron, the BMW I and IX line is like their ICE cars with small rear seat room. The IX that on a dedicated EV platform was better but the seats were too flat, I prefer a seat with a bit of bolstering. Hopefully the Chinese manufacturers will correct the steering reach on their cars for taller individuals.
You would not buy one of these if it were the last car on earth go look up the byd that launched 6 meters into the air they randomly explode i will stick to safe and long trust companies
Doesn't have 9 cameras 360 degree dash cam doesn't have sentrey mode, doesn't have any autonomy at all not even level 2, the remote app is rubbish compares to Tesla. Customer service is rubbish, and they force u to do a log book service. Tesla's soft is superior in every way. So there is no comparison model 3 is technologically more advanced.
Tesla fangirl obviously. Tesla is smaller in the backseat, louder on the road, costs more, build quality is subpar, panel gaps are uneven and bigger than the Seals. Seal has 360 cameras, real leather (in our ‘23 Perfromance, in Australia. Not that fake vegan crap), drove both and hated to buy anything from China, but the Model 3 was also made in China. What sold us is its quieter, better ride, has STALKS for wipers, indicators, lights etc, real leather, and a glass roof that 100% keeps the heat out better than Teslas. Only thing you have correct is customer service is not up to BMW or Lexus, yet. But it’s improved in the year we’ve owned one. The Chinese are light years ahead in autonomous driving, even according to Elon. Tesla uses BYD battery packs around the world as well. The app gets better and better. So, Tesla Fangirl, your Tesla loses at everything. And if it weren’t for the weight of the Seal, higher NCAP and ANCAP safety ratings versus the Model 3, FYI, it would be faster with your max being 490hp and the Seal being 523hp. So really you only have the light weight to save you there otherwise, BYD first attempt at an EV export demolishes your Model 3 that’s been around for how long now? And how long has Tesla been selling worldwide? The next gen Seal will demolish the Model 3 every more than our Seal Performance. Sorry fangirl 😢😢😂😂
Oh and it does have ICC, which is autonomous driving. Not the best but it’s there. And with LiDar coming in 2025 versions, it’ll destroy Teslas with camera only autonomous driving. Sorry but Tesla made that mistake and will go back to LiDar once it sees how far the Chinese have come.
Don’t forget to subscribe ❤ If you wanna import this vehicle let me know. Thanks
What do you mean? How can you help if anyone wants to import this car? 😮
