Optimal word is fun, players worry too much abt god rolls, rather than just using guns to have fun. I still use my Duke/BlastFurnace/Misfit and others not to sweat, but just to have fun. I've even been using dbl shotty, with no backup, regardless of if I get deleted b4 I get close enough, but I'm having fun win/lose!!!

@@223ndogit’s not about how much he expected to have. The problem is that you can only get 17 rolls for the gun you want with 51. Whereas before the changes to the engrams, your engrams were 1 to 1, not 3 for 1.
@@DJIsher1 so you know that before and you still did it so. Vanguard weapons are 5 and adepts are 5 and 10 nightfall cyphers for 1 adept. So it’s not that bad if you play.

Technically, Bottom Dollar is my favorite PvP weapon w 3k kills. I much rather have Surplus than Slideshot, as it will make it feel like an Adept Igneous w Explosive Rounds. 70 range is all you need, but Stability is the real sauce to making it feel amazing

I only grind Gambit for gilding title and when there is infamy rep boost. The boost makes the engram grind faster. I personally have corkscrew rifling, extended mag, slideshot and explosive payload range MW. It's good but I rather have fluted barrel, accurize or extended mag, slide shot and opening shot handling MW.
The gun feels clunky so handling is very appreciated and I also run transversive steps.
I have a extended barrel, flared, surplus, explosive payload, range mw roll, I pair it up with ophidians.
Biggest thing for bottom dollar is recoil direction and stability to make it as consistent as possible. As long as you keep 1-2 abilities off cool down it handles pretty good and the reload is snappy, if you have all 3 abilities it feels really satisfying to use.
Definitely a fun gun but if things get competitive it gets beat out by iggy
I did this last week except I reset 4 times and turned in 90 engrams. Thankfully I actually got the slideshot + explosive payload roll.
I feel your pain. Can’t count how many times I ran out of glimmer when getting ready to mass focus engrams
I like rampage and surplus my fav out of the “god rolls”
I love this gun. I use rapid hit/explosive with smallbore/accurized. It’s so fun.

As a bottom dollar main, the barrel & perks you NEED, are Fluted, Accurized, Slideshot, & Explo Payload/Opening Shot/Eye of the storm

I got a 4/5 (tactical mag instead of accurized) and it kinda sucks...i don't know if i can put myslef through rhe hours upon hours of gambit all week long again tho.
Sounds weird to say, but 120’s benefit from the other masterworks, like reload or handling. They usually already have cracked base range anyways.

Ive got an Opening Shot/ Subsistence/ Flared Mag/ Small bore roll with a Range Masterwork.
It's easily my favorite hand cannon.

I love Bottom Dollar. I run a voidlock, so it's either Exalted Truth or Bottom Dollar, depending on the map.
Aside from that... I watched that whole stream at work and it was entertaining as hell man. You made the best out of the situation. Your attitude that day made it worth it.

I got this exact roll awhile back, but when i was grinding for it you couldn't get engrams so in one season i played 400 matches of gambit to get my bottom dollar (and ended up like #10 gambit player in elo i think), it was worth tho mainly cause i think i blacked out that week of grinding.
I feel like it’s pretty good on controller, it does have that kick like an older handcannon would but after some getting used to it’s actually really fun to use! I’ve got a slide shot opening shot roll and it slaps! I’ve been using it daily 🔥🔥
this gun reminds me of my 2 favorite high cal weapons. First Curse and Ill Will, Or Duke Mk. First Curse to me felt way more crisp then Ace. I wish it was kept in the game tho.
Brah you need to get the Qua Xaphan God Roll. In Crucible it "Can" Kill 5 players from one heavy pickup. It norm kills 3-4 people from one heavy pickup. I'm hitting 55's and it gives you 20 bullets. With the Grenade launch nerf coming out it's worth getting

I get it with the kick. I played sturm the other day. My first impression was the kick.
I got a max range roll with slideshot and eye of the storm. As someone who doesn't own Lightfall this is my Igneous killer.
I have been in D2 using one with my favorite truth 120 hand cannon though

I have fluted accurized slide explosive with range mw it real good
I have a build with wish ender and oath keeper with a hot swap bottom dollar with 80 range, quickraw, and explosive payload. I run double kinetic dexterity because dim says that you can't reduce a weapons ready/stow speed below what it would be at 100 handling and since QD is an automatic 100 handling I run double dex on wish ender. If I hit that wish ender headshot I only need like 40 damage to kill and a 120 does 50 to the body. So 1 head, 1 body. And the fact that it does more than 40 and it has explosive means it pushes the cleanup capability way past the 80 range mark. It's actually disgusting. No need for special. Wish ender body and melee kills anyone without OS or DR. My most toxic loadout by far. Just went flawless last night with it after not playing for like a month.
I wouldn't recommend going for max range with explosive if you have 60 to 70 range it will still 3 tap at 40 meters

120s can 3tap roughly 2.5/3m outside their drop off range so if you have 36 drop off you can 3 tap at 38.5/39m that's why the P.I max range Iggy 3 taps at like 45m with the crit amp.@@mazinhussein4297

It's impossible to disagree that rng is real shit in destiny. The gun has been out in the game for years since Beyond Light, and most of us don't even have at least a decent roll. Gambit grind + gigantic perk pool has proven to be one of the deadliest rng combos of all times.
I have a slide shot/ explosive payload roll. Im on Controller so dont use it much. Maybe i will with Warlock and Ophidians
I do have a perfect (apart from MW being reload) Bottom Dollar w/ Slide opening if you want to give it a try for a video

This is my favorite hand cannon in the game. I've got multiple god rolls with thousands of kills on them. I would take this over my adept igneous any day of the week.

I used to love D2 PVP but now I barely play.The title of this video reminded me one of reasons I don’t play a game I used to absolutely love. I’d rather slam my mushroom tip in a sliding glass door than play 8 hours of gambit

Yeah idk y they increased the engram price of the “legacy” guns from all the ritual vendors. Ive got a pretty nasty one (smallbore steady rounds range mw, rapid hit explosive payload) I wanted that exact barrel and mag combo cuz im on ps5 and u HAVE to run a counter balance cuz base recoil is a sad 85 “vertical” more like bounce left then bounce right 😂 needs 95-100 for me at least. Its very good just Im never farming this again. I lowkey wish theyd just move the gambit guns to the crucible vendor and zavala then Id farm some more. 😂😂🎉🎉
The fact that it takes so much to get engrams for one weapon that costs 3 engrams kinda makes me not want to play that specific mode until a booster comes. Cause bruh, Iron Banner gives so many engrams for weapons that can cost 1 engram and the 3 engram costs feel light cause of how many you get. By the time I finish 5 matches I'll have enough for a fair few weapons but by the time I do 10 vanguards I'll have enough for 3 or 4 weapons

I had to come here and tell you that I truly appreciate how passionate you have been over the years with your content, but more importantly HONEST. Seeing Aztec cross compare Destiny 2 to other games as a mid tier game when literally the guy has over 200 uploads in regards to destiny 2, and MAYBE a dozen or so uploads for every other game he posted to his channel, very swiftly moved over to PalWorld and start's fronting this game as a 10/10 game. What this tells me, is that his most recent review specifically says 'My honest review' is that Aztec is the FARTHEST thing from honest. To make such a drastic shift, and such a drastic comparison of Palword vs Destiny 2 with Destiny being mid tier and Palworld being top tier, just tells me his entire career as a Destiny 2 content creator is fraudulent and a big pack of lies. He is the very definition of a capitalist and NOT a passionate and honest content creator. If tomorrow a game came out that doubled up on PalWorlds sales, I have 0 doubt, he would be hopping onto that horse to help streamline his channel's revenure, and YOU Mr. ZKMushroom will STILL be putting out some of the best Destiny 2 content there is, so truly, thank you for being honest, and thank you for being true to who you are and what you are passionate about as a gamer, and not simply being passionate about padding your subs and personal revenue streams.

I play gambit a lot just for the weapons and manage to reset twice in a day. Cannot get a bottom dollar with slide-shot and accurized to save my life.
