Hello Nanelle, I have a cos for 3 yrs, my visa ends after a year becos my passport expires then. Even though my cos expires 2yrs after and my visa has my cos num on the visa. When I renew my passport,do I need to apply for extension visa or it's authentically extends as long as I have a renewed passport?

After the scanning process being done at the tls office on the checklist some of the documents provided being crossed out. Please does it mean’s those documents being crossed out, will not sent to UKVI?

If it’s a care work , No ! Check the occupation code of the job . There are many jobs under health and care .., only care workers can’t bring dependents
Hi Nanelle, thank you for consistently sharing. Please am currently being sponsored as a support worker by an NHS Trust in the Uk, my trust also sponsor intrested support worker to go for nursing degree. If am interested in doing the nursing degree is it considered as public fund

It only applies to those who have their iLR and already in Uk. You will be under skilled worker visa

As its sponsor but the trust… I don’t think international are allowed but the best people to ask is the open university people…

They’re not children if they are over 18, they would be considered as an adult. The rules may change in this case.
