Good news my sister!!! My story goes like this,I qualified for applying for Sponsored work visa and I need to start by signing the agreement then I can pay the amount needed for the process to start running but I am not sure if this is legit but I did all the interview from immigration officer then case manager assigned for my results. So now I need to pay the money for the process to kick off. How can I check that it's legit as I am using Australian Express?.

Thanks once again Chioma for the succinct explanation. Can I get your opinion here - Do you think a positive skill assessment would be mandatory for three different temporary visas (Specialist, Core, Essential)?
I wish I had an answer to that. Since it will be linked to employer-sponsorship, my guess is skills assessments will probably not be required but please don't quote me on that. Goodluck!

My question is does one have to already be earning AUD135,000 for the specialist pathway or AUD70,000 for the core skills pathway before he or she is eligible or is it that the person should have a job offer in Australia that meets this salary requirement.

Hi, my guess would be that age limits will not apply to some of the pathways. Please note that this is an uneducated guess and I am only going by the fact that the 482 visa is not age-restricted and some of the updates from last year suggested that the govt is prioritising skills over age in the new system. We'll see where it all goes.
Urgent question please: I am 48 years old from outside Australia. If i know old people within Australia who will be interested to hire me, can i guarantee the visa and come to work as caregiver? If i managed to come and work with them, then can i receive the permanent residency later on ?
