Am sorry for that but things are cursed by who???? That's how life goes my dear, we can choose to be bitter or move and focus ahead..the items have nothing to do with the person who buys them .that's just a customer. I remember we lost a house to auction due to bank loans. Could we blame or curse the buyer? No. We moved on and now we have better house than we lost. Better life than we lost. I wouldn't go back there,i once went to see the area 10years later and yes, that unfortunate incident opened up doors we cudnt see ahead. Auctions will always exist as long as people will always owe money. Let's make peace with that fact.
@@ladyimani228 My thoughts too! I got evicted and lost everything and now I have much better. Back then my couch was worth 50k and my current is worth 250K. Life is so much better when you accept and let it go. What is it with Africans and this 'cursed' thing? 🤦🏿♀️
New sub.. I love your content! I've never learnt so much from a YT video 😅.. I've already joined your telegram group for auctions..cant wait for the next one
Joho, I have a qs, towards the end, that dining table that went for 31,000 - the auctioneer had already said it had gone to the 28,000 bid... Itakuaje he continued taking bids after saying 'gone'
At times people will disapprove of a bid or the person who bid for it may refuse to take the item. In such cases, the auctioneer continues to take on more bids.
Hey. Loved the video... very informative. Just one question on the smaller items like the bowls and stuff, are they auctioned individually or sold as a group?
It's an unfortunate thing. But before the Auction starts they pray and in their prayer they ask God to provide for those whose items are been auctioned.
Very nice insight. I have never subscribed to a channel as first as I did this. Mimi hufikiria auctioneers only sell old ugly things. Am now sold to them.
Thank you for watching the video. Let me know which item / items you loved most or you would have been interested to bid for?
I am spoilt for choice. The items looked very beautiful

He! I’ve never seen an auction with such nice stuff. Hiyo kama ilikuwa nyumba ya mtu, alikuwa na taste!
Most of the stuff were from 1 person....they really had good taste .

Great video. I always feel a type of way about auctions most of the time there is pain behind the items. New subbie!

Sio amazing
Thank you. Some one told me auctioneers use speculators to higher the price of an item and create competition. How true is this ?
Pole, most people in the auctions are hard core cartels so its very difficult to win items in these auctions...
Very good stuff they had. Was spoilt with choices 😜😜😜 from kitchenware to furnitures
There were very good items....everything was available
TH-cam should have recommended you earlier!! This is very informative, great work!

Love love the items on Auction. Thank you for taking us along.
You're welcome. and thank you for watching.
My instincts were telling the old man competing with you was part of their circle manipulating people so that they can bid higher prices.
I thought so too!
He does that at times.Bids for items then leaves the bidding when the prices are high.
I felt so too
yeah that's what they do...
Thanks JoJo but I wish I saw it earlier enough. I really Loved the bed..
You can always try other auctions. There are days you get very good stuff
Thank you Jojo, I am sharing this with all my friends

You're welcome. Make a point of going you may find very good stuff.
hey! you came recommended and i love this. but some of these products being sold are of the same price as a new one. like the 31k dinning table
Some items are very expensive from the auction. Not all things are cheap there. It depends with the demand of an item
If you see something going for 31k it's possibly worth triple that!
Uko na kajicho kanaona mbali sana kkkkkk the tusmall things ur lift there are gems watu wakiwa busy huko na vitanda hahaha ati unapanga

Hey. Loved the video... very informative. Just one question on the smaller items like the bowls and stuff, are they auctioned individually or sold as a group?

can one inspect the goods being auctioned before the auction date? or it has to be the same day?
For pangani and westlands auctions, you inspect the day of the auction. Just before the auction starts.
Hizi vitu huwa cheaper?
The umbrella is lit🤭

So you can't just walk into the auction directly?
You can walk into one and not purchase anything

Just discovered your channel.... amazing amazing content. So someone can still be allowed into the auction without an auction number?
Yes you can still be allowed in the auction venue. What you might not do is bid for items.b
Very nice insight. I have never subscribed to a channel as first as I did this. Mimi hufikiria auctioneers only sell old ugly things. Am now sold to them.
I'm glad I was able to change your perception about auctioneers.
Nichanue.. Where do they get these items.. Kwa watu wameshindwa kulipa rent etc or?
Some items are from rent distress cases, others are from expatriates leaving the country and some are items people want to dispose off
Good great Jojo
