I'm not a real estate guy, just placing my disposable income where I think it will grow, and I would say that Cape Town in South Africa has the best and most sophisticated architecture in Africa, akin to what we are used to here in Norway, the UK, and North America. But I would never say that Johannesburg is in any way better than New York City, the epicenter of the world for the past 100 years and basically the equivalent of what Rome was during the Roman Empire. The 88 Tower is a glamorous and admirable marvel. 🔥🔥🔥 I saw the building on 10th June, 2024. The logo caught my eye from a distance because of how the artist creatively had 888 by interlocking the two 8s. The cantilever on the 33rd floor too impresses me ifykyk 😄.
The view of these houses are so impressive. With this interior, each to their own I guess. It’s too shiny blingy and staged for my taste ,there is no wow factor for me at all. It feels claustrophobic and there’s no natural flow to any of the spaces. I’m guessing this is not a home as such but maybe a place to stay when the owners are in town on business???
This is a great tour really, but i must say this. I honestly feel that you ahould work on your cadence, so that you dont make it a question like at the end of every statement you make, that got me quite irritated through the tour. I hope you understand, at some point the camera guy had to keep responding yeah yeah yeah yet it is not him you are addressing per se, you are directing the statemts to the audience.
