Even if she is equiped to Venus at the start of the battle and you change her persona she still doesent get her stats changed. So she must be stuck with Venus for the entire fight.
When you were collecting the masks you have to make sure you collect every mask so get their ultimate persona, unfortunately if you already at this stage of the game it’s too late
