Day 74 in the books - 24.6 lbs down. 2 fasts per week of 60-ish hours since 7/29. 33 hours into my 2nd fast this week. 3.7 miles jog today. Glad I found this channel - thanks Jerome!
So true! Sometime I want to party with family and friends, so fasting might get tossed out the window! Haha! But then, hit the timer and go again. Still staying at ideal weight with ADF ( 40/8) .

Update - I've been doing 120 hours fasts for the past 8 weeks (Sunday to Friday). I broke one day early last week (Thursday) because we had guests coming, and broke one day early this week for my birthday. Now I've got to make sure I make it to Friday this week before breaking early becomes a habit. I know myself too well.
How did this work Jerome if you go off of what the expert say, your number should be for your weight. This might be your alternate day fasting sweet spot if it can satisfy you.
I hit the wall hard. Put on 18.2 pounds. I hit the timer again, currently 13 hours into a 72 hour fast.
Keep it up.

Weight loss journey started 01/10/2024 , just finished my OMAD, Starting weight 95kg , current weight 90kg slow but steady!!
