One of my favorites! Love Bryan Adams. He has sooo many hits. "Summer of '69"", (Amber's fav). My fav was his 1983's "Cuts Like A Knife". "Please Forgive Me" is a good one. "Little later it was "Everything I Do, I Do It For You" (Robin Hood Soundtrack). Also like "Run To You". Such a killer artist. Very unique sound, vocally and musically. Love the sound of some of those guitar solos. Iconic to me. Sets the memories to rolling. In "83 I was a 16 year old kid running wild in my first Olds Cutlass. We were lucky enough to see him a few years ago in Quebec. W O W. We were right up front and there were several microphones, one was right in front of us. When he used that mic, he was maybe like 15 feet from us. My wife was in heaven. She absolutely loves him. He was totally amazing. Some artists don't hold up but after 40 years he still has it!
My appreciation for much of the 80s didn't happen until 20 years after the 80s. I have to say that the Grateful Dead dominated much of those 20 years as I became a Dead fan in the early 90s.
