One of the reasons I could never stream like this is that I ALWAYS walk away and come back when I get stuck on a boss. If I'm getting too stressed out and nervous I just lose like 20 times in a row. If I go away and come back in an hour after I've already learned a moveset though I suddenly just knock it out in one or two tries. It's amazing just how much better you are with a slower heart rate and a little nudge in focus.

Just when you think you've run out of Hollowknight vids to watch to fill that gap to sweet sweet Silksong releasing I find this epic video of suprise screaming and half a dozen accents within a single boss fight :-) If completing pantheon 5 is what we all must do to get silksong.... I fear i may never get there;-)
Me and my sister haven’t beaten the game yet because we decided to go for flower pantheon ending on our shared save where we have like 100 h because it took us a long time to even get out of crossroads lol. I do have my own save tho where I’m planning to do normal endings. On my own save I have maybe 10 h and I already have almost all movement just need to go to abyss
i decided to watch this video at the waiting room at the dentist's, apparently ur voice was so soothing i decided to just fall asleep with my phone in hand then woke up an hour later to my phone gone, i was next up in queue and panic looking for my phone, secretary said she saw nothing and my dentist (who's a good friend of mine) walked out of the office with my phone said he took it and kept playing and pausing the video but i didn't wake up so he kept it then gave it to me and proceeded to bully ne about this for the 10 minutes of getting my braces removed. good video though! gonna finish the rest of this tonight

Hollow Knight is one of my favorite games of all time, and I replay it every December. Usually when I'm playing through it, I also watch someone's playthrough when I'm working at home. Your playthrough just might be my favorite! It was such a fresh take because for the 6 years I've been playing it, I've never taken the path that you did and I saw new dialogues and interactions I've haven't seen in any of my playthroughs. It's part of what makes Hollow Knight so special, that someone can play it completely differently from you and enjoy it just as much. The way you presented the video was perfection, the editing was succinct and fun, and your narration was so enjoyable! Thank you so much for this video, I'm sure I'll be coming back to it each year!

Been a few years since playing HK, but I'm constantly playing games in the genre and those screams are... perfect. As a guy, I wish I could scream like that instead of producing weird growls that seriously do not properly express my internal screaming.
