As you know it is winter here in the states. So being able to see the greenery and drag racing is fantastic. Some really beautiful cars. The rail with the inline six is impressive. And the fact little grey car (Cortina) running in the eights! The fuel altereds are a favorite of mine. Great coverage, save for the times someone walked across your line and you cannot see the ET. LOL.
Yes I did assume so, that being frigid cold in the USA you guys might want to watch some fresh and summerish footage of cool cars shredding it at the track. People walking in front of the camera are actually the track officials and race marshals, they're just doing their job and making sure everyone is safe by constantly keeping the situation under control.
Wow awesome video mate! Looks like it was a great meeting. That WYLD doorslammer looks wild never seen it before. Will be down in a couple weekends for the nationals 👍
Great video as always! I did not get the opportunity till just now to take the time and watch your work. If I did not know better. The opening shots. I would have thought you were back in the US, at some Midwest dragstrip. LOL. I am thankful for your videos. Getting to see the larger world. Be well.
Thanks Stephen, I always appreciate your well constructed comments and remarks about my videos. As you may or may not know already, New Zealand is a scarcely populated country with just 5.5m people. What we have at our disposal, in terms of racing venues and general maintenance, is already a miracle as we don't have access to the type of funding and investments the USA has. Especially if we talk Drag Racing. This is the reason why I do what I do, to show the World our explosive potential and to perhaps attract foreign Teams, people and investors to dip into our racing scene. If you watch the Jet Sprint Boat Racing video I just posted, you'll notice some North American Teams participating in the championship, solid proof of our acceptance of foreign competitors.
I remember my older brother had a friend in the 70s that had a 57 Chevy nostalgic called Chicago All my brothers friends including my brother had muslce car's my brother had so many racing cars they were the original street outlaws
thanks for the awesome footage mate! was such a good day!
Thanks Murphy, I really enjoyed it too!
