Woodburn Dragstrip 2024 Season opener-Feature cars

May 18, 2024 Woodburn Dragstrip 51st annual Season Opener. This vid has the events' Feature cars in round 1 at the starting line. There also are a few runs from round 2 taken from top of track. Feature cars include Top Alcohol Dragsters, AA/Supercharged, BB Outlaw & Fuel Altered, Pro Nostalgia, Dragster/Roadsters and a Jet Car. Beautiful track !

On my way out of this world lying in my bed and I run across this....
It brings back very good memories of my dad and I going there with his 65 mustang with it's 289 small block....
Man those were the best days at the track on the weekends....😏

if this is in Oregon, it has changed so much since i raced there, was in early 90s for me with a dragster

Woodburn track is just south of Portland. There are also the Madras and Medford dragstrips in Oregon that I have never been to. Woodburn was impressive with manicured grass, not one piece of litter anywhere and of course super friendly staff and racers

@@Area907-ASV ok thought it was the same one, i did race there for about 5 years with a dragster, lot of friends did to, do the Livingstons still own it? the blue building looks the same but the track is much better , now, the pro stock cars heading for Seattle would stop there to tune before they changed the schedule for NHRA, thanks
