A bit funny that you use Snuff Out as the example of being able to cast spells via alternate costs with Toshiro's ability when that's exactly the one that didn't work on stream due to an error in MTGO's coding. I suppose that's why it was used as the example though. I have to wonder if any alternate casting costs work with Toshiro's ability on MTGO presently.
@@MTGGoldfishCommander I would honestly be more surprised if it affected only Snuff Out given how few cards it actually affects, at least in mono-Black. It only affects literally a dozen cards, including Snuff Out, so it's probably just coding that got overlooked entirely given how seldom it would come up. The only real way to be sure would be to test it, which seems like more hassle than it's worth.
I used to play in a group where this girl had a Toshiro deck it was super strong!!! I don’t think it ever really won too often tho but I remember it being like a strong solid deck
For some reason it says in Toshiro's rules "You must still pay the mana cost of the target instant in your graveyard to cast it using Toshiro’s ability." Which seems strange because his Oracle text doesn't specify it... And you would never know since most cards that say "you may cast card from your graveyard" allow alternative costs... Weird
A spellslinger deck not in Izzet colours. An enchantress deck not in green An equipment deck not in white. And a huggy deck too. These decks were great to watch together
If you're trying to censor everyone's names for privacy reasons, you should know in the corner under your portrait (the mtgo one), on the bar for phases, you can see the names of each player as they receive priority. Just wanted to mention it since it's never blocked on commander clash either.
Any chance you could go just a slight bit slower? Not much; I appreciate the abridged/quick-fire (etc, whatever) manner in which this is presented. I’d just be able to catch more and not pause/rewind if you only slowed a slight bit. Thanks for the consideration. This was coolAF and as always, Tomer, ya kick ass. See ya!
@@Threadoflength lol kinda but it’s cool being able to see a deck in a game that only takes up 15 min. I’d not watch a game without it being tomer after the fact giving speedy play by play commentary. Too speedy, but say like If game play action took 15 instead of 12 it would be perfect. For me

Been a huge fan for several several yrs and these are his brews, on a budget with in-depth articles on goldfish and if I want to email gets back to me and his quirky humorous self always striving to make improved content bc he listens and is passionate about his work & it isn’t impossible with the occasional deck having an appearance on commander clash. Yeah I'm not sure if it's just Snuff Out or they're all bugged with Toshiro.

I play Toshiro as an anti-Voltron Voltron deck. Also, too many Sorceries in this deck lol. Gotta run *only* Instants and permanents
