    I’m 71, have had my rebounder for about 4 years and love Remy’s workouts. They are challenging and fun. I have never had a back or joint problem and the rebounder has greatly improved my balance, strength and flexibility. I can’t do the kickboxing move yet but I try bit by bit! Thank you, Remy! Your joy is contagious!

    I love the offical Bellicon workouts--such high production values, great music and intuitive moves--that anyone from any country can follow--no need to have verbal/written instruction. Start with the 15 min one, it's for beginners. Even then you can modify by keeping both feet on the mat and just moving your knees--for beginner's or those with health issues.

    Hehe, I love the rebounder. I have a juice master. and it's defiantly not as bouncy as this. It's a bit more solid. Although, If I had one that was this loose, I would probably hit the ground :P

    would this be recommended for ostearthritis as looks like musclebuilding rather that cardio with high intensity & few reps!?

  • @belliconGmbHenglish
    @belliconGmbHenglish  12 ปีที่แล้ว

    @sorjai: Yes, the strong bungee cords should work fine with about 180 lbs.

    thx for sharing, i wanna ask a question. How many calories do i burn averagely within 6 minutes by these exercises shown in video?

  • @adiksadiatabs
    @adiksadiatabs 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    I am now scouring craigslist for this...

  • @sorjai

    is the strong bungee cords good enough for someone who is about 180 lbs and doing this routine? (not sure how heavy Remy is :) )

  • @belliconGmbHenglish
    @belliconGmbHenglish  11 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    It is not possible to give a correct answer because the calories consumption depends on many factors: Are you a man or woman, what’s your size and weight, how old are you, what's your state of fitness?
    If you want to lose weight only by exercises you generally have to train a lot of time regardless which type of training you will do. Exercises really helps to lose weight but you will be much more successful if you change your nutrition too (e.g. less calories, less sugar, less white flour).

      Hi there Ferdinand! The bungees used in the video are the strong ones with the yellow clip. The trainer weighs about 90kgs.

    Are you on the strong bungees or medium?

    • @belliconGmbHenglish
      @belliconGmbHenglish  ปีที่แล้ว

      That is a good question. 🙈 Unfortunately, the colour of the clips on the bungees (an indication of the strength of the bungees) is not visible here. However, due to the sinking depth, it can be assumed that these are rather medium rope rings. 😁
