You can always tell if this is going to be a good production by the opening number in the train. These guys NAILED IT, and it’s not an easy scene to perform. Can’t wait to watch the rest of the show, but I’m already blown away by the orchestra and the guys in first scene.
Harold and Marion are both outstanding 🎭 BRAVO to the choir, dancers, orchestra, camera, crew all are on par with professional touring productions, (with the exception of a few minor mic malfunctions)
Yes, I’m in a music man production right now. I got cast as Ethel Toffelmier!! Yes pick-a-little is pretty hard to preform as it is very fast 😭 we also have to act very dramatic.. ☠️☠️
I'm only at Ya Got Trouble so far, but I can already tell this'll be a great production! I'm currently in Music Man, I'm playing both Eulalie and Ethel (our shows are double casted). It's such a fun show!
@@alwarwick2737 wow! Doesn’t sound like “typical” canned tracks. I directed this show and used canned tracks on CD for certain numbers and a few live orchestra pieces for others. This video sure sounds like a live orchestra. Really well done production.
@@KT-sq2ml Check out the 1997 AMTSJ professional production and the school production of Parker & Craig High School 2019. The tracks are identical. There was another production I saw a while ago. Forget which one.
There is certainly a conductor, but he's conducting the actors on stage not an orchestra.. Normally an orchestrra will rise at the end of a performance. Not on any of the above mentioned occasions. There is no live orchestra. .

Because they are :) (sorry I'm performing the musical this weekend.) Charlie is techinaically the villain, although Harold, isn't exactly good guy, the mayor and Charlie also aren't very good.
Its sick. At the high school this kid union aea gets passed around these schools and he's the only one getting paid. Ok child actors break it down. Youre getting paid I probably sold boxes of mnms candies fundraisers i was wearing costumes w holes and there he is. Thats so wrong. This person teaching and coaching and packaged as aea to perform and were in holes and me inviting senior homes and getting their transports in line with hosting. Certain even college ones and they sit there jabbing about their pay and rest all volunteers ... Profit share or at least our costumes jeez thats nasty with public school funding.

I was Alma a few weeks ago and yeah it was hard but SO freaking fun, I loved being dramatic and trash talking Marian!
