I've seen mistakes and wrong route and lack of ladder glitch in SMB2. First, in W1-2, when you drop the key on birdo, it can damage birdo twice, no need to take back the key. Second, wrong route : you save and quit after world 4 to get get back to world 3, warp in W3-1 to world 5, warp in W5-3 to world 7. Ladder glitch is only useful in W1-1, twice : you drop a potion or a shyguy on you while you stand at the bottom of a vine or a ladder, you press up right when the thing is going to hit you then you go down through the floor, you get teleported at the end of the level, enter the door, use the shyguy to teleport to Birdo. So W1-1 is faster with Mario. For everything else, great job, keep it up. I'd like to know more on how you do TAS. Thanks.
They did. This mistake was in the original NES version, and apparently was stuck not fixed in the All-Stars port. But when Super Mario Advance released in 2001, the mistake was fixed, though the Japanese version left it.
Great video!!! One of my favourite games. I'm just curious why if its a TAS you went for Fireworks and the bottom of the flag pole and a few other things? I mean no disrespect, I'm just curious if there is a speed reason for it.
There are a couple of other things too, such as the lack of doubles on Birdo on SMW2 and the potion trick on 6-3 that I've always known to be faster too, and as a runner myself I'm just curious if there is a reason to skip them.
En realidad, si usas un silbato mientras estás en la zona warp, te enviarán al mundo 8. Y si incluso has jugado y usado los silbatos, probablemente lo habrías sabido.
Hmmm. this robo apparently really knows how to play seriously is not it? and still no. Impossible level of insanity. Well in that case I challenge this robot. trying to win 5 Robots if I may say the special feel that existed up to in real life. I cosidero the great robot friends. Tas robot I challenge you to Confront Bonnie chica freddy and foxy. Golden freddy in the game. Five nights at Freddy's. think you can? Remembering the custom mode can almentar Lv of trouble 20 that would be the survival

"... It will send you straight to hell!"
When your mom lets you play video games for 1 hour

It's on the Switch if you have the online. The SNES collection that comes with basic online Switch services.

Note from SM2:
Mario: Normal
Luigi: Legs for Longer Jumps
Toad: Strength
Peach: Stays in Air for 2 Secs
Tought toad was :speed
For everyone that says he/she is a hacker, then you're wrong. Its called TAS (Tool assisted speedrun)
28:32 I feel like birdo and ostro got switched

Also, Tryclyde was misspelled "Triclyde", and Clawgrip was misspelled "Clawglip".
Super Mario Bros : (1985)
Super Mario Bros Lost Level : (1986)
Super Mario Bros 2 : (1988)
Super Mario Bros 3 : (1990)
Oh hey! It's the PAL version! I can tell by the ground in 1 & LL!
So many memories playing this game
26:18 poor wart 😪
it amazes me how fast people can beat games....
it was amazing you played level and beat the bosses you are the best amazing player in the whole world
Wouldn't it have been better to slow down a bit during SM1 and LL to avoid the fireworks at the end of the levels?
Nice job this must have took a while to do since it’s a tas and u can go frame by frame
zuils I can say from experience (though only with NES TASes, though my longest is 55:xx minutes real time) that yes-it takes a VERY long time
@@Andrew-McCormick with someone who also does nes tas
I tas SMB3 and one level takes about 4-5 minutes
Increible ❤
41:12 HOW?
Hitboxes are weird, aren't they?
Nice TAS, but it does seem beatable. Probably has been by now
43:30 - Length to finish game
Also 43:30 - Me trying to finish World 1.
only 9 minutes slower than RTA record... LMAO
Check the date
They might use different timing as well
this is an old run

Well, I don't know about the fireworks, but getting the bottom of the flagpole is faster because Mario doesn't have to slide down.
+BlackGuyGamer That used to be the case, but it was discovered that the top was faster.

Tim Weatherford
I don't think it was ever the case
That's a lot of Mario

The first remake??

36:13 VERY VERY LUCK
I shall beat this tas!
is this a pal copy of the game?
Lost Levels hasn't been completed though. Still have the Letter Worlds.
This isn't 100%
the flag music sounds like Woody Woodpecker...

The ship u should of got the fire flower
Azer in a title
Bare tunez.
not even a single TAS in existance can get a perfect card score with 3 stars
thats because of time TAS tries to beat the game as fast as possible
38:12/38:13

You do know TAS just means that the game is slowed down frame by frame, allowing for specific inputs? And also using Frame reversals.
Ziko Renamon LOL you actually think this is a Robot? Should verify the description of "TAS" before posting something like this.
Bro don’t know what T A S Mean
