    What treatments can you do for internal scar tissue of the hand (right thumb to be exact)?

      We are usually looking to do PRP injections into the scar tissue to help remodel the scar, plus an anti-fibrotic protocol which may include pre-treatment with rapamycin, or post treatment with losartan and/or TB500

    My brother broke the sesamoid bone in his foot, and it never healed so he had it removed. He still has chronic pain in that area. Would regenerative therapy potentially help his situation?
