How To Get Rid of Scar Tissue?
Dr. Jacobs uses several instruments to help break down scar tissue and provide pain relief to his patients. In the normal healing cycle, there are three main steps: inflammation, proliferation, and maturation. Everyone has some scar tissue; when a patient has any type of pain or injury, the body has to go through the three stages of healing listed above. Current treatments that are used to treat pain are not effective, stimulate the inflammation stage, and use instruments that are not ergonomically designed and are not comfortable for the patient. To create a better technique for healing scar tissue, Dr. Jacobs invented new instruments that are designed to break scar tissue. I had a large hematoma on my forehead, which stretched the skin and made it look inflammed. Everytime I go out in public people stare at my forehead, especially under sunlight, which is more clear.

I've had a spinal tap and 2 epidurals all about a year apart (as I've had 4 children) and my back years later is in excruciating pain. Could I possibly have nerve damage or scarring? During my last epidural the anesthesiologist said there was severe scarring from my previous epidural and he still proceeded to do the procedure. I had mild pain every now and then before but now I can hardly pick my baby up without being brought to tears 🥺

I would also guess that due to your lifestyle as a mom of many young children, it's possible that poor posture, body mechanics, ergonomics and muscle weakness in your core may be exacerbating your condition. I am sorry that you have chronic scar tissue. Great question, muscle weakness typically due to excessive scar tissue that cause the muscle fibers to stick together and limit muscle contraction. @@Dr.Jacobs Hi Dr Jacobs, l had 2 discectomies 7 years ago leaving me with chronic back pain and left leg sciatica. There is very little left of my L5/S1 disc. I saw a Spinal Specialist and he said that there is no operation he would perform after ordering mri scans he concluded that my pain is due to scar tissue.He said it could not be broken down so l am abit confused if it can or cannot. @@deanfinlay8531 I am sorry that you still have chronic back pain. Some healthcare providers are not aware of the existence of tools to break scar tissue. Your doctor is aware that exercises, stretches and massage does not break scar tissue, I guess that is why he is saying it is not breakable.
To get to the root cause of your issue you will need to break superficial/ deep scar tissue, release superficial/ deep fascia restrictions and decrease internal inflammation at the same time. Patient tool kit has 4 tools to do so.

@@ALLIN4CHRIST777 I know "most" of the answeres.. I have a autoimmune disease that causes inflammation and other symptoms when your injured and it becomes 20times worse. Im a reckless risk taker and have broken about 25 different bones(including my neck) in my body and some a couple multiple times. I have lived a life of experiences that not even a doctor could understand what I know about cell production and healing. I literally have the golden cure ( cure to an extent because once damage is done it will never be the same technically but can lead to the best outcome to the trauma) for it all. I have literally met doctors that rethink what they have learned due to my explanations on what's really going on. I promise I have even made Dr's rethink/edit their process because they know I'm right. These people make it seem so complicated but its not.

Great question, in order to break deep scar tissue you will need tools, it is hard to break deep scar tissue with hands.
Typically when you have scar tissue you also have fascia restrictions, trigger points and inflammation.
