Yes. Highest trim comes with 4 cameras and dif lock in the middle east

Can someone explain how the Japanese, over and over again, manage to build so good -ooking exterior with such a bad and ugly-looking interior?

The Fortuner is Toyota, but it is not precisely designed by Japanese. That car is running over a platform that cant keep up with the competition.
It is actually the model in the segment with worst interior, starting with that obsolete 3rd row seats folding method.
