this band is from the late 70s, and almost everybody in the crowd are either teenagers or young college kids, it makes me happy to see that young people of my generation appreciate classic music too!
I guess the kind of people who go to festivals are the kind that appreciate genuine music played by musicians, rather than dancers lip-synching to a backing track.
Thanks TH-cam for randomly recommending this video for an unknown reason and reminding me that I was actually in that crowd. Suddenly the music and the smell of the dust hit me again, all these years later.
when a band from the late 70s and 80s decades later can perform like this and command such a huge crowd like this..you KNOW they were and ARE something special..lightening certainly struck with these blokes..and it stayed.
Classic track, classic band from back in the day when bands really could perform. No autotune, vocoder or octave multiplier required. Just good old actual talent. Halcyon days, indeed.
Nice to see Actual Talent!!! Theres more musical intelligence and pure goodness in the first 4 measures of this tune than in Anything and everything you hear today. How sad! But absolutely fantastic that we have this to keep the sanity!...
Someone just thanked youtube for recommending this video. I know the song is awesome but to write a thank you paragraph to TH-cam as if it were a person shows your acceptance of things that shouldn't be.
