@@brucecampbell6578 they say veganism is a cult. For many, a plant based/vegan diet makes sense based on nutritional and environmental science. Thus sci-op. I’m taking their name calling and turning it around in our favor.
He said NOTHING against veganism when James Wilkes was on the show. In front of JR, James was destroying the guy who was supposed to be a nutrition expert who was trashing JWs gamer changer documentary. JR is akin to a flat earther when it comes to talking about veganism, and is terrified of having anyone on the show who actually knows the truth about veganism to make him look stupid again.
Veganism isn't a cult because it doesn't involve coercion, blind faith, or centralized authority. It's simply a personal choice based on ethical, environmental, or health concerns. Unlike cults, veganism encourages critical thinking, individual autonomy, and open discussions about the impact of our actions on animals, the planet, and ourselves. If anything, it's about awareness and compassion, not control or dogma.
Veganism beyond health IS fundamentally a moral ideological stance… Naysayers keep things within the realm of diet and nutrition and never go full circle with it on the moral argument. To be fair, you shouldn’t conflate health with ideological identity, at that point you’re just a well functioning human and that’s it. But moral accountability is something that is based by sound ethical principles in all areas of life that are communicated to others socially by ideology.

@@cuteface88 Yes. Meat is a carcinogen, and is linked to the other major causes of mortality such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease. Not to mention the fact that we are strongly attracted to sweet foods because our evolution has pushed us towards selecting ripe fruits, and that when most members of the human species see a rabbit in a field our natural, in-built instinct is to think that they're cute, rather than to reach for the nearest boulder. So yes, going plant-based is definitely following the natural human diet. And the good news is that this person is already on the natural human diet, and is only depressed by watching Joe Rogan. Perhaps you didn't notice that bit because of all the cholesterol plaques in your neocortex. Good luck to you.
Vegans are the only group that are a healthy weight on average in the US. Meanwhile meat eaters are overweight and obes on average. It ain't lots of vegans getting heart diseases and T2 diabetes.
Americans are unhealthy because they eat seed oil drenched french fries and seed oil drenched seed slop AKA bread and pasteurized dairy and anti-nutrient laden vegetables along with their meat. It isn't the meat making them unhealthy 😆 You're better off than the worst but you're worse off than the best.
"psyop from sugar industry." Why do I have a feeling that Joe is the type of guy that despite saying this prefers sugary drinks over artificial sweeteners for supposed health reasons?
In a way, but not completely. People like Liver King were most likely a psyop to make eating raw meat look ridiculous. If we started eating our natural diets we would have natural desires as well and that would make life very difficult for the elites.
@ veganism was gaining too much momentum and then suddenly the grifters were drinking their pee and getting sick “from being vegan” and one bite of salmon cured them and gave them wet dreams… 🙄😒
As a politically right leaning vegan I fight this battle constantly in my social circles and online. Of course our points are irrefutable so it’s fun for me and a nightmare for them 😂. Also being a bodybuilder, it really makes it impossible for them to argue the typical ‘vegans are weak’ and ‘soy is estrogen’ talking points. Ha!
I'm glad you've brought to my attention this video, since last month I was following a rather interesting course on dementia prevention, and in the episode about nutrition, they gave about five seconds to the neurologists suggesting a plant based diet is a very good prevention measure (according to published research), and the rest of the time to a series of people advocating for keto or carnivore diets (for which there's absolutely no evidence in this field) and this guy in the Rogan podcast was given a huge amount of time, taking into account how flimsy his evidence was. I got so upset that I didn't watch the rest of the lectures.
@moonrisestudiosco For the relationship between dementia and nutrition, and plant based diets being a good prevention method, I recommend the books and lectures by the Sherzais. Sadly in that course I mentioned, neurologist Ayesha Sherzai was given only a couple of minutes.
Ah, yes, Joe Rogan, the same guy who, on his podcast, stated that something along the lines of "Yeah man, I don't like the suffering that animals are having to deal with in farms, that's why I started hunting".

maybe joe rogan is trying to distinguish between Veganism and Eating a predominately plant-based diet. but Joe Rogan is mostly about Crazy conversations that are geared towards controversy and conspiracy.
I think most people miss the point when they try to analyze Rogan instead of looking at the most obvious, simple explanation. Rogan is a small, insecure man whose ego is threatened by the notion that meat is not necessary for humans. So much of Rogan's public and private endeavours are all about masculine or tough guy posturing: sports commentary, martial arts, not vaccinating or wearing protection masks ("masks are for bitches"), stand-up comedy (a male dominated field), and of course, hunting and eating meat. Vegans are a psychological threat to his fragile male ego. That's all there is to it.
Odds that swift is at very least unnaturally held in place are extremely high. Her catalogue is owned by Blackrock. Not to mention the fact that she's almoat 35. Average career lifespan for an adult female pop stars is 18-26. For decades it has matched parallel to the career lifespan of a female *adult* actress, 18-26. For obvious reason. As a pop star she is, for all intense and purpose, old like ancient. Specially given that she's a horrible songwriter. Historically speaking. Song writers that consistently develop songs on her level usually didn't get a second album deal. Which means the odds her career is unnaturally held up are dam near 100%
"somebody found a new word" was the original subtitle for Joe's podcast before it briefly changed to, "Dick Cavett for people who got kicked in the head a lot." but then it was removed all together because his audience can't read.
This looks so obvious that I keep thinking there must be some other angle I'm just not getting. Alas, no, I don't think so. This is Joe Rogan. JOE. RO. GAN. God. DAMN. it. What do you EXPECT from a pig but a grunt? And when someone goes on that show, HOW can you POSSIBLY ever again take them seriously?
It's easy to find a list of plant-sources of iron. Wholemeal bread and pasta, oats, prunes, broccoli, and so on. Don't eat too much spinach, because it blocks nutrient absorption. Caffeine will specifically block iron absorption if taken in excess. Plant foods rich in iron are best if eaten alongside a source of vitamin C (such as orange juice), because that will ASSIST iron absorption. If you're still worried, there's always Floravital. Or you could just leave an iron nail in a glass of water overnight, and then drink the water the next morning. Preferably having removed the nail first. :) The best ever explanation of veganism is in the video entitled "Gary Yourofsky - The Most Important Speech You Will Ever Hear".
To be honest a strictly whole plants diet is easier to get wrong and get deficiencies. For example on a WPD if you don't eat algae you most certainly will get iodine deficiency. On a more relaxed vegan diet you just eat lots of salt that is fortified with iodine. The same with vitamin A and B3, it's enough to avoid a narrow group of plant foods and you can become deficient. While the processed morning cereals are usually fortified with all of these and more. At least when starting on a whole plant diet it's important to use a nutrient tracker like VegNT
In one conversation he says “factory farms are an abomination”- and now he says the people who don’t want to bake animals are part of a psyop lmao. He just can’t get his story straight. In a couple decades he will be forced to admit his hypocrisy and lunacy
I think scientists have known since the XIX century that the human body can live on plant foods alone. And since the 80s of the XX century that is not just a viable option to get by, but actually the healthiest. That doesn't mean that just any plants diet will do it. Yes, there are billions of ways of doing it wrong.
I feel like I might be deficient in several things too, and I eat a little meat, dairy, egg. As Unnatural Vegan stated, even people that eat a healthy or healthier version of an omnivore diet were deficient in B12 to mention one thing. The "healthy" ones might want to be aware.
Everyone has ideologies - it means a system of thought. Ideologies can be ethical or they can be cruel - or maybe a bit of both. Ideology does not equal cult
I believe it is easy to see what “diet” is best for a human being just by looking at the person. If we consume foods that are not optimal for our health, it eventually shows on the outside what we’ve been doing to our insides. I am old enough to remember Joe Rogan when we was a vibrant, up-and-coming minor celebrity. His meat-heavy diet has wiped away all semblance of that vibrance & vitality. That speaks to me just as loudly as blood tests do.
It's tricky bc the government and powerful interests do leverage and co-opt actual ideologies that people believe to further their own ends. Like capitalists and the politicians they own will use identity concerns to split the working class and make sure they don't unite against them. Does that make these issues a psy-op? A lot of ppl genuinely do prioritize those identity issues over class based concerns, so it's hard to say it's only bc of the government or wealthy. But they have immense power to amplify things.
I wouldn't call it a psyop but I do entertain the idea that just maybe, food control can be even more streamlined by bigger corporations if everyone ate vegan and everyone wanted to switch from like their local farms to beyond meat for example, or lab grown meat. Much harder for simpler folk to provide that for themselves. I still think vegan is the way, but I worry about more power over food consolidation.... not to mention the growing monopoly on modified seed ownership.
And like beyond meat started as a grass roots company, and then was bought out when it became popular. So many of the foods I like, that started out grass roots are just now owned by the corporate conglomerates. :(

It would serve society as a whole if more people would be open to converse like this.
@ come back to the cult, one of us, one of us 💚💚
I'm a depressed, unhealthy vegan. Of course, up until a year ago, I was a depressed, unhealthy meat eater.
Who’s gonna tell him he’s part of the cult of Carnism? 🤷♀️
My dream would be to have him host Melanie Joy, Earthling Ed, or Mic! But I know he couldn't tolerate the rationality they would bring. 💚🌱
I think he already knows, but the money is too good.
One of my favorite saying is "I didn't join a cult when I went vegan, I left one!" Joe saying veganism is a cult😂😂
It’s a Sci op. As in science.
Maybe, if karma is a science.
how did we transit from psychological operations to science?
@@brucecampbell6578 they say veganism is a cult. For many, a plant based/vegan diet makes sense based on nutritional and environmental science. Thus sci-op. I’m taking their name calling and turning it around in our favor.
Joe Rogan is hardly the picture of health, he looks like an average guy who parties a lot and is now in his 50's.
Joe Brogan is at it again.
Veganism is an ideology, at least he got that right.
"Everyone is too damn ideological, except me and everyone who thinks like me".
Yes. Veganism is an ideology based on the ethics of reducing the suffering of all sentient beings. I'm not sure why that's a bad thing.
JoRo is an enemy of civilization, IMO; his lo energy monotonous hosting persona allows the most idiotic and damaging guest opinions pass scrutiny into the realm of validity. Speaking of psy-ops . . . Thanks for posting, Mic!
Whoa, those words, they’re perfectly spoken 😯
What makes me depressed as a vegan, is Japan trying to start up commercial whaling again, sperm whales killed for their oil to lubricate war machinery, mass slaughter of dogs, cows, pigs, chickens and idiots online spreading rediculous propaganda about those of us who live by kindness, mercy and the understanding that animal ag is causing species extinction.
I'm not only in the vegan "try to avoid exploiting animals" cult; I'm also in the "try to avoid vandalising trees" cult, and the "try not to drop litter everywhere" cult. There are a lot of cults. I try to belong to as many as I can.
i'm a psyoperator. psyoperative? psyoperationist? fck who am I?
YOU- xradical89x are the PSYOMASTER of your destiny!
We are vegan James Bonds! 😂
Since i went vegan, my well being improved. Joe hasnt done the research and too busy feelin’ himself.
2:03 Just want to highlight the comedy gold that is Brogan not even knowing how to pronounce "ideology" and instead saying "ideal-ology". The moral disconnect accidentally connected for a second.
Bad blood work? Too bad his listeners never fact check him.
Anyone remember that song from back in the day, "Smooth Operator?" Now I can't get "Psy Operator" out of my head!
Haha make a parody!
Just one look at Rogans eyes tell me I dont want any part of whatever hes having. He jumped the shark years ago.
Mic you are a hero! Thanks for the great responses to these cruelty promoting people
His name is Mike not Mic 😃
The comment about salmon wasn't Miley Cyrus it was Anne Hathaway who said she stopped being vegan when she had some salmon in Norway or Sweden and claimed she could feel her brain rebooting.
I wonder how a brain reboot even feels like. Plus I’ve never ever heard anyone use brain reboot this phrase. Never liked her shows and now there’s another reason I think she’s just crappy
As a healthy and vibrant vegan in my 50s who has tons of energy at the end of a long work day to swim 50 laps or run a 10k at tempo or go on 50+ weekend rides up tons of hills and…. Watching Joe Rogan clips makes me depressed. Thanks for calling out their BS.
👍👍👍👍
You shouldn't be depressed. You should eat a natural human diet and you won't be depressed. Good luck to you.
@@cuteface88no it really is the meat as well, but yes agreed refined oils aren't optimal either.
Taking a stand against needless abuse is a cult. I guess not keeping your pets in abusive conditions is a cult too. And not poaching animals?
"psyop from sugar industry." Why do I have a feeling that Joe is the type of guy that despite saying this prefers sugary drinks over artificial sweeteners for supposed health reasons?
Beef Checkoff?
Didn't he write "The Cherry Orchard" and "Uncle Vanya"?
😁
I had to go back in the video to see how that word is spelled because I immediately had the same thought as you did.
@barbaraibiel
Thanks for appreciating an otherwise lousy joke.
😉
If anything it's quite the opposite and carnism is a psyop.
In a way, but not completely. People like Liver King were most likely a psyop to make eating raw meat look ridiculous. If we started eating our natural diets we would have natural desires as well and that would make life very difficult for the elites.
I honestly think the carnivore movement is a psy-op 🤷🏻♀️
I think so too!
@ veganism was gaining too much momentum and then suddenly the grifters were drinking their pee and getting sick “from being vegan” and one bite of salmon cured them and gave them wet dreams… 🙄😒
It is a Psyop - from people that are shorting pharma stocks
As a politically right leaning vegan I fight this battle constantly in my social circles and online. Of course our points are irrefutable so it’s fun for me and a nightmare for them 😂. Also being a bodybuilder, it really makes it impossible for them to argue the typical ‘vegans are weak’ and ‘soy is estrogen’ talking points. Ha!
don't lean too far I hope😢
Rogan also attacked plant-based meat in his interview with Trump. He never misses an opportunity.
Joe Rogan is the epitome of bro science stupidity
It seems like joe rogan IQ went from 130 to 80 and became a sell out.
Joe mentions Gate's pot belly, but Joe has really bad distended stomach so...
Sucks, man. Unfortunately, these things just follow the money more than the science.
@moonrisestudiosco The rest of the course was very interesting, at least for people without much knowledge of the topic.
@@mayhu3282 That's good to hear at least.
@moonrisestudiosco For the relationship between dementia and nutrition, and plant based diets being a good prevention method, I recommend the books and lectures by the Sherzais. Sadly in that course I mentioned, neurologist Ayesha Sherzai was given only a couple of minutes.
@@mayhu3282 That Sherzai couple are great.
Ah, yes, Joe Rogan, the same guy who, on his podcast, stated that something along the lines of "Yeah man, I don't like the suffering that animals are having to deal with in farms, that's why I started hunting".
Heart of gold, our Joe.
brogan is such a grifter
Reality is, it’s all a psyop. Just gotta do what feels ethical and try your best.
👍 Whole food plant based for the environment and health; vegan for the victims!
*Ask your city government to sign the Plant Based Treaty!* 🖖
Obviously, the Big Broccoli psyop has you in their back pocket. Lord have mercy. My bloodwork was terrible for over 30 years until I went 99% non-militant whole food plant-based vegan. I'd love to do a 100K bike ride with Joe!
Thank you, Mic, for watching Joe Rogan so I don't have to. And slaying with science and facts.
You can make as many excuses as you want for NOT going vegan 😢
It doesn't matter.
Murder is Murder 😮😢
maybe joe rogan is trying to distinguish between Veganism and Eating a predominately plant-based diet. but Joe Rogan is mostly about Crazy conversations that are geared towards controversy and conspiracy.
James Wilks got through to him but he's doubled down on denial since!!
Joe claims veganism is a cult, yet he endorsed trump, oh the irony
What irony?
Thanks for all you do mic!
I'm still impressed how Joe Rogan managed to completely eradicate the interview with James Wilks and Chris Kresser out of his memory.
Mic how long have you been vegan? And how to manage your iron levels? So many struggle with iron levels on a vegan diet.
The best ever explanation of veganism is in the video entitled "Gary Yourofsky - The Most Important Speech You Will Ever Hear".
Kale is a psyop. I will not be told anymore actually likes kale.
Joe and Max are afraid. They are very afraid!
Mic! We need a podcast comparing total $ funding from plant based sources Vs animal based industry ! Short and sweet!
the Big Broccoli psyop! beware 🥦🌱😀
Yes, there are billions of ways of doing it wrong.
how many are on statin?
I have no idea why anyone would listen to Rogan.
He is the definition of, every accusation is a confession.
Everyone needs to see this.
I’m only 20 seconds in, and already Rogan has equated the terms “ideology” and “cult”. This guy is just really, really dumb.
Oh it is the "trust me bro podcast" against veganism again
Honestly, even to criticize and argument against, giving any voice to that person is detrimental to humanity!
I feel like I might be deficient in several things too, and I eat a little meat, dairy, egg. As Unnatural Vegan stated, even people that eat a healthy or healthier version of an omnivore diet were deficient in B12 to mention one thing. The "healthy" ones might want to be aware.
You’re doing great work mic thank you 🌱🙏🏽
Wait. Who is the leader of this vegan cult? This is an important part of a cult.
Agreed, that's like cults 101, so we already failed as a psyop. Damnit! 😄🥕
