Hey man I appreciate you for taking your time to make this channel. I've been a custodian for a number of years for the county and I just started my own floor cleaning service. Some things I want to offer, I don't have a chance to learn much at my job. Seeming that most of my work experience is mixed in with cleaning bathrooms and taking out trash too. So watching your videos really do help me stay fresh. Thanks man. May the Lord bless you bro

Yessss the corners where the buffer can not go. That is exactly what I was thinking about if the oreck can get in there. Thanks for clearing that up.

So after you scrub the floor and build a lather. You add squeeky rinse to the lather in order to extract? And can i extract with a oreck and bonnet pad? redpad? or White pad?

I used to work for Stanley S , they use the ( tile and grout gekko ) instead of vacuum looking machine and they do have a machine that is supposed to clean the hardwood floors but it did not work compared to gekko , use it in low-pressure and you'll thank me . Stay away from Cherrywood with gekko I repeat stay away from Cherrywood !

    Hi
Do you use water based polyurethane finish or any finish such as acrylic for vinyl?
What if the hardwood had oil based pemetrating sealer applied before?

Those floors look great. We need our kitchen buffed. I had the floors done using commercial high abuse urethane, but they could use a good buff after 10 years. I see you have an Atlanta number, Let me know when you drive up to Charlotte, we need our floors done. You can stay at our place - your own kitchen, workout room, your own 1200 sq.ft. floor!

Why do you Lindhaus instead of just a wet vac? Would thpse flooors turned out just as good if you used a wet dry vac instead of the Lindhaus? Also, I see the Lindhaus is over $1,200 and I can't afford that What could you recommend that would do just as good of a job for half the price

    • @trumanhardwoodfloorservices

stereomann83 since it's not a wax you should be able to take it off with a acidic cleaner. A little elbow grease might help if you don't have a buffer.
