Your instructions are great. My phone froze would not turn off or restart. When I got the recovery screen I click reboot and it worked . My phone is working normally Now . Thank You
Tysmmm my moms phone was stuck we tried everything watched 3 videos with the same methods and finally after trying them all it went to a white screen then it got stuck on the powerd by android but we then messaged it and it worked! Tysm!

Phone bought in Australian store had menu in Chinese. Fortunately the order was the same so i chose the sixth column and it worked. Flogging devices made for China in Australia is a very Motorola thing to do!

You don't need a sim in order to use it as a wifi device. Double check your wifi connection to your wifi router. Suggestions: 1) make sure you are using your correct wifi password. 2) you might need to power off your wifi router/modem and power it back on. Or check with your internet provider. Then try connecting your phone to your wifi again.

A hard factory reset will not delete, or remove or bypass the owners or previous owners Google account (email) from phone. Google accounts (email) and Android phones are tied together and tracked through Google. This is for security to help prevent phone theft. You either have to log in using a known Google username and password or PIN previously set up on the device by you or previous owner (contact previous owner) or contact Google directly and get the Google account sorted out.

Same happened to me , I purchased it two weeks back and today the screen froze, I was so scared😢 thanks to this video I was able to restart it 🥰.
I got 2 phones free and they needed reset. I will install SD cards to make youtube content . This helped.
