Good morning from Scotland! This is 15yo Diana singing in an amazing Russian competition "You are Super" for abandoned/disadvantaged children because Diana spent some years in an orphanage. She is a natural dramatic contralto (so VERY low) which is rare in females but exceptionally rare in someone so young! Diana was born way over in the far eastern side of Russian in Arsenyev, about 160 kilometers northeast of Vladivostok. Her adoptive family moved to Togliatti, in western Russia near the Volga River. After Igor Krutoy (one of the judges in this competition) gifted Diana an apartment in Moscow she moved there and still lives there! It makes it easier for her to study at GITIS International, the largest and oldest theatrical State Institution in Russia. Go take a look at her youtube channel "Diana ankudinova official" She is now 17yo (18yo on 31st May) and she sings in 6 languages, Russian, English, French, Spanish, German and Arabic and she's only 17!!! Remember, Diana was only 15 years old! "Rechenka" (14 years old) will blow you away. Diana's fans understand having to edit her performances from the show "You Are Super", however you can try editing with pauses every 20-30 seconds. make the pauses last about 4 secs. Or, overlay your video with the words "Fair Use" in a large enough fonts, (doesn't have to be to large), in the bottom 1/3, right or left corner. You don't need the quote marks. Diana's voice is not of this world but Her performances are almost as spectacular. It would be good if fans of your channel could see the performance as well.

Diana has the ability to express her emotions towards her audiences, she becomes the song itself or the hero portrayed in the song. Diana has the ability to express her emotions towards her audiences, she becomes the song itself or the hero portrayed in the song. Diana herself has said, that she doesn't remember her performances and has to watch videos to see what she's done. This is very prevalent in her performances of Derniere Danse, Rechenka and others from this competition. Like an altered state of mind, there but not there.......... It is based on a Russian folksong about a young betrothed orphan girl who goes to the river, the boundary between the living and the dead, to ask her deceased mother's blessing for her marriage.

Ironically, Diana herself was an orphan who was abused and abandoned by her alcoholic mother. Because of this beginning her speech was very undeveloped and she was given singing lessons to help improve her speech. Her talents was quickly recognized and the rest is history.
