Александр Стёпин (с благословения продюсеров НТВ) взялся делать очень рискованную вещь. Очень популярная, много раз исполненная знаменитыми артистами песня. Печаль, страдание, боль, горечь разочарования, мольба и жалоба, вплоть до отчаяния - вся гамма непростых для выражения эмоций. Это нужно было сделать во-первых, совершенно непохоже на оригинал, сохраняя при этом весь первоначальный смысл песни. Во-вторых, сделать, как минимум, не хуже - и в отношении вокала, и в отношении эмоций, и в отношении артистизма. Иначе - зачем вообще за это браться? Нужны были более выразительные контрасты, более рельефные вокальные краски, сильное эмоциональное наполнение, проникновенные интонации, впечатляющий артистизм, - словом, нужен был артист, способный всё это продемонстрировать на высоком уровне; и что не менее важно - артист, способный всё это связать в идеальный баланс, создать из всех этих элементов убедительное целое. Такой артист, как мы теперь знаем, нашёлся. А также знают об этом, к нашему общему удовольствию, и сотни тысяч любителей музыки во всём мире. Не думаю, что создатели данного представления вообще решились бы на такое рискованное предприятие, не будь в их распоряжении Дианы Анкудиновой...
Вообще-то, глядя из сегодняшнего дня, я думаю, что и Александр Стёпин, и продюсеры НТВ понимали, что их риск полностью оправдан - потому что они уже хорошо знали, с кем имеют дело. Диана Анкудинова - уже не в первый раз - их ожидания более чем оправдала; единственное, что они вряд ли просчитывали: лучшие номера с её участием оказались не только коммерчески успешными, но и очень долгоиграющими - пока даже непонятно, насколько. Я бы назвал это "эффектом Дианы Анкудиновой": когда речь идёт о работе над серьёзным материалом - она не просто выдаёт вам намного больше того, что вы могли бы ожидать, - вы обязательно получаете сверх того ещё что-то совсем неожиданное, то, чего никто не мог заранее предполагать; что-то не вполне объяснимое, с отчётливым отпечатком её сильной индивидуальности. Для создателей телевизионного шоу, и в особенности, для автора аранжировок, встреча с таким артистом - большая удача; можно расчитывать не только на успех самого шоу, - можно попытаться сделать что-то, имеющее отношение к настоящему искусству; не сомневаюсь, что и Тимур Вайнштейн, и Александр Стёпин о чём-то подобном думали. Удалось ли им это? Для меня, во всяком случае, несомненно: в лучших номерах, таких, как "Реченька", "Wicked Game", "Can't Help Falling in Love", "Ворона" - удалось...

Должно быть приглашение, где приглашающая сторона берет определенные обязательства (проживание, питание, транспорт, концертный зал и т. д.). Или Вы считаете что Д. А. вместе с сопровождающей командой, оборудованием села в самолёт или поезд или автобус и вперёд в Крым.
Интересно, что произошло с её голосом? Участвуя в голос дети, она пела йодль, и никто к ней не повернулся. Голос тогда у неё был намного выше.

Great reaction - Diana can do that to you! This performance was from 2019, when Diana was 15 years old, on the show "You Are Super". She originally appeared on the show the previous year, in 2018, and was then invited back for a "Grand Prix" along with other previous winners/finalists - she came first in both years.
Diana has not been signed (her own choice, I believe) and works independently and is regularly releasing new work - she released her debut album a year ago and in 2022 has released several new tracks (the last of which was a few days ago).

I have been following Diana for several years here in the US. She is so full of techniques that she can paint masterpieces with her voice as you are watching. She has made several albums already. Everyone that listens to her falls in love with her. She only sings songs that she can feel from deep inside her. Back when I first discovered her, my skin crawled and as I was in total shock. She is my number one Russian singer. Igor Krutoy , a world reknowned composer and pianist gave her a very nice apartment in Moscow for her and her foster mother to move into. She is dearly loved by the greatest singers and musicians of Russia. She came up from humble beginnings and her real parents were cruel and irresponsible and placed her into an orphanage, where she was later adopted and loved by her foster mother. She was brought up singing from childhood and an uncle helped her to sing through his training. She sang at various parties and small ceremonies with another little girl. Her appearance on the show you are watching took Russia and other slavic countries by storm. There is an album that was made of her singing these songs on that show. She then took lessons from a famous Russian teacher because her voice was subject to changing as she was changing into an adult woman. This teacher also taught many famous singers including the famous Dimash, preparing them for actual stage performances. As she was studying under this teacher, she gave free concerts at shopping centers and on the streets of Moscow. She recorded more albums. She dearly loved her teacher and broke down at a performance because her teacher died of Covid. She was noticeably shaking up and seemed to be unsure of herself. Another teacher with nearly the same credentials as her first one began finishing the work her first teacher started and is always there when Diana needs her. She once again became very steady and even stronger than ever before and began recieving great acclaim by the music industry and her fellow performers, all of which are music stars in Russia. Even the great Philipe Kirkorov gave her acclaim. Diana is a beautiful person with a beautiful personality unmatched by anything in America, Britain or other English speaking countries. Her and Dimash came on the music scene at about the same time, both are highly admired the world over, America is a late bloomer in learning about her. She sings in English, french, italian, spanish, Russian and other languages. The song you are listening to was written by Chris Isaak, an American singer, who was the first to make the song famous. Diana has sung some exceedingly hard songs to sing and she even sings yodeling songs. She has an incredible yodeling talent. She won over many Germans because of that. Her voice exceeds any female voice I have ever heard. Her low notes even exceed Cher, who was known for her low voice. I do not think that a single label owns her in Russia, she had to start out by promoting herself so I think she stays in charge of herself. She has made many Russian tv appearances and does concerts in small and grand auditoriums. She has sung at the famous Slavic Bazaar Festival . Her star keeps getting bigger and bigger. It will surprise you how many famous stars in Russia want her to sing duets with her. Brandon Stone, a pianist, songwriter and singer and multiinstrumentalist, famous throughout Russia has sang beautiful duets with her. He speaks perfect English and I believe he is an expatriate that performs in America occasionally, he may still be an American, I am not sure of his status. He composes great masterpieces as well. I could list a few others who have sang with Diana. You might want to look up Brandon Stone, he showcases her talent in a very incredible way. He put out a Christmas album with her on it, singing several songs in 2021. I think they may have some more future surprises in store. Well I could go on and on about Diana, my little Princessa who is now becoming my Queen very shortly. She does have a TH-cam channel under her own name and so does Brandon. Those would be the best places to start. Look for her albums on Amazon under her name. You could possibly find musical videos there as well. Yes she has a lot of original music singing in French Russian and English, her first album released last year and got gold at March.
For a different aspect of her work, I would recommend Ornery Horses, a Vladimir Vissotsky cover. No production, just a guitar, very dramatic and sad song, and very difficult one, because Vissotsky's style is very specific (very husky masculine voice). Для этого не обязательно шарахаться по разным ТВ-шоу (напомню, что это никакие не конкурсы) начиная от Украинского "Голос країни" заканчивая AGT.
Я была у неё на концерте, она пела акапелло, без музыкального сопровождения, импровизировала. На нашей сцене в дк "химик" с этой его сцены и с его акустикой, знакомой мне с детства. И это было мощно и громко. Так что голос у неё настоящий.
Диана всегда что-нибудь акапелла поет на концертах, по крайней мере на тех что я был, было так)
А я слышала ее пение без муз. сопровождения и ужаснулась......

This Wicked Game live performance happened when Diana Ankudinova was only 15 years old in May 2019. When she took part in a talent show for disadvantaged teens called You Are Super ending with her winning the competition. Diana's performance showed she is well on her way to developing into a contralto voice type.
In 2018 Diana was 14 and first competed in the You Are Super competition singing the Russian folk song, Rechenka which she sang in her native Russian. It was during this 2018 performance of Rechenka that voice professional’s started taking notice saying, Diana was showing a low, rich, deep, and resonant mature sound, and her musicality would in a few more years show she is a true contralto voice type.
Diana has said she was not happy with her lack of a higher vocal range which kept her out of the more prestigious vocal academies. After several prestigious music school rejections, she decided with her voice teacher to concentrate on improving her higher range which can be heard in the 2021 inaugural season of a new vocal competition called TheShowMustGoOn with her interpretation of the Elvis Presley classic, Can’t Help Falling In Love.
There are other performances of Diana in vocal competitions, and performing in concerts. She also recorded some videos that were done in her home studio during the pandemic lockdowns that are stripped down and without any of the major flash, fashion, or production value of competitions or concerts. She also has a perfect pitch and her sense of rhythm was exceptional even as a little girl. Diana is a dramatic contralto, the rarest and lowest female voice type (her general range is C3-C7, the main working C3-C6) and her voice sometimes has polyphonic overtones. In 2019 Diana sang this song in the singing competition 'You are super' (she was 15 years old). This competition is unique in the world, an international TV- competition, especially for adopted and orphaned children.
In 2018 and 2019 Diana entered this unique competition and won twice.
The winner of the season will be determined by a 6-day public vote and the final took place in the Kremlin Palace and her videos were uploaded to TH-cam and soon she had millions of fans. She called us Friends.
The project producers help the finalists start their studies and encourage their creativity. Diana won a scholarship.
Igor Krutoy, here in "You are Super" as a juror, gave Diana a small apartment (37m²/ 398 ft²) in Moscow with the words: Live and sing!
There, in the small flat she lives with her mother and grandmother and was able to begin her vocal training with the best teachers such as Professor Olga Donskoy. (She died of Covid-19 in Oct. 2020). Now she is taught by the great Alexandra Pismennaya, who was a student of Prof. Donskoy.
*Igor Krutoy, *1954 in Ukraine SSR. He lives and works in Moscow/Russia. He is singer, a world- famous composer and music titan in Russia (billionaire). He is also a sponsor and a juror in this competition. His family is in the US now. Krutoy came out of retirement to write songs for Dimash Qudaibergen. The maestro and Dimash have been working together from time to time since 2018. Krutoy is also still in touch with Diana and he introduced her to Brandon Stone. The result: 1st CD in December 2021 and in June 2022 there was a gold disc.
