Thank you for your video. I left my drill outside and overnight rain made the drill dead. The light will come with battery but complete silence when pressed the trigger. I searched on Google and found your video I dared to disassemble the dril , I pulled the rotor of the drill wiped it clean and put it back. Tested it worked but only on forward, went back in and found the reverse toggle switch was disengaged after a bit of patience managed to put the lever in place and all is working well. I guess overnight rain might have caused either electronic short or fused the rotor after cleaning every thing is fine. I did not touch the gear mechanism 😊
So after watching this video, I realized that even if I did follow this video, I would still have extra parts at the end. I can’t take a drill apart and put back together, but I can build a house with my eyes closed lol 😂
I think I bit a little more than I could chew, I fixed someone’s drill last time and then got referred to some other people and now I have 11 different tools I have to fix😂😂
Thanks this was the in detail video of a drill in regards to my selector currently locked or seized. Best to probably send it jn after i hit it with a bottle of wd40
Geesh @ 2:22! WTH, were they mixing mud with this, or what? I hate to see a tool that looks like it was abused or neglected. Use it not abuse it. People just dont give a rip these days. Kinda ironic that ‘Teal’ is used here dismantling ‘Big Red.’ 😆

lol 😂
keep a diagram as you take it apart -- this guy probably knows what he is doing. For a first timer, carefully note as you proceed.
I found it useful to take the screw head part of the drill on top instead of the other way.

That could be a good thing, good luck with fixing the tools
What kind of medicine did you spray?
Sería lo mismo para el atornillador de impacto??

Hello. Why the ‘wobble’ @ 0:38? Is it the bit, or the bit and chuck? You’d be better served with a better bit I am thinking? Good video here.

Was the issue the seized up chuck then? Would have had to have a spare part to resume function?
The issue was that it was not running and the gear and chuck where worn out. Good luck
Does anyone know what the parts are called at 8:38?
@ 3:28, I was wondering when You were going to take that last housing screw out! 😂
