Supertech Electronics is an Australian owned and operated electronic repair shop that specializes in the repair of audiovisual equipment. About 80% of our repairs are factory car stereo systems. The business evolved in 1992 when we noticed a lack of service and support for factory car audio systems.

no need to remove all that, i just hold the carpet to the side,and i can easily remove the two 10mm nuts and pull up the ML amp, and undo the 5 (five on mine) connectors on it;
Thanks for taking the time to document this. VERY helpful !!
Thank you so much 💕
what tool do you use?
Thank you!
thanks mate
do i need to disconnect the power before removing the amp?
No need to unplug the battery for this removal
Does installing an amp into the Lexus require programming im trying to do it myself over the summer cause Lexus IS charging an arm and a leg
How did that go ? I'm on the same boat
Does not require programming but you MUST have the factory amp up and running so that you can run a LOC to a custom amp of your choice and you’ll be able to retain all of the oem radio features and all that
