@@wjmsmits to be frank- the MVP system on HoTS is pretty trash.
The only real requirement is do damage, get kills, and most of the time is dictated by deaths.
The Azmodan probably: "My name is Azmodan. I am a macro hero, and I will NOT be helping in your team fighting endeavors. I couldn't possibly be wrong, I got MVP."
OUCH, that MVP was painfull to see....
Macro is important but knowing when to macro and when to team fight is critical

Like holy hell. I thought it Zul'jin gonna end up being the one to throw cause of early "looks like we're throwing", but Azmo did a heavy conscious throw. You can throw this hard by accident.
Qhira got the silence on her ult, nearly every time you tried to polymorph her in the late game you were in her ult, so the uses were eaten up by the silence, one of those situations where more range on the polymorph might of actually helped

Pally even looked directly at the tooltip that says it silences you, while he was specifically checking it to see what might have prevented it. Hilarious!

I'm gonna assume azmodan had to go to work and gave the computer to his little brother for the last 10 minutes. Cause he seemed good but just started throwing at the end
Nah, a little brother would probably push lane no matter what, just based on not knowing what else to do.

This is literally every Brightwing game I've played. You keep everyone alive, you isolate and pick people off with your poly, you take every building, but that stupid Azmodan/Falstad/Zagara will just... Throw.
The Azmo throw at the end felt very deliberate. He played just fine up until then, and then it seemed like he just wanted to lose. Trolling? Either way, he definitely didn't deserve that MVP.
Well, they're 18 minutes in, all keeps are down, and core is down to 77%. I'm sure Pally is going to win this, so let me take a big sip of water while I check the timebar.
Hey pally, you can see the mount abilities where you would normally able to choose your mount during hero select. Maybe that's interesting for you for the future global hero videos ;)
I *hate* playing these kinds of games, but I *love* watching them unfold from a safe distance, lol. Your Azmodan was really something.
I've never liked Brightwing much, either playing her or facing off against her, but this was a fun one. Glad I didn't skip it.
Changes to Brightwing's cleanse were not added in response to the double healer meta. The across-the-board healer nerfs that ended that meta were done in 2017, the cleanse was added in 2018.
I have played as Stitches with a Brightwing that had invisible friends, and standing still so you aren't visible so the enemy healer walks right up to you when you have gorge....fun times. I can see the same thing with Garrosh.
What the end screen doesn't tell you is that Azmodan was the MVP for the enemy team

I don't think it was mentioned. Hitting q on centre procs passive aoe heal. This was a change added awhile back

I read the comments before watching. So the entire time I'm like how the hell do they lose this? They are pretty much stomping them.... oh, Azomdan gave the controller to his little brother at the end or had a stroke...

That’s Crazy to hear the pickrates on Hyper shift…. I exclusively play BW with Greater Polymorph and Q build all the way, level 82. Almost 60% winrate. I think it’s the superior way to play her, as a disruptor healer.

Yeah, I'm not level 82, but she's my highest healer, and I play greater poly with q as well. There's probably a few times pre-10 I wish I had the shortened cooldown on z, but I never really feel I need that extra healing if I can keep the damage dealer silenced the entire fight.

In the early years of the game, me and my friends did a 5 healers match and we just destroyed the ennemy team xD one of my best memory of this game

That Amzo getting mvp hurt my soul. No one should get awarded for playing so terribly when it really matters, especially in a team fight heavy game on a team fight heavy map.

I feel like there was an Azmodan like this one in every single QM game I played... Seems to me that this "on fire" mechanic that happens when you're playing a hero as they should be played makes some people really zero in on keeping that flame up even when it's time to readjust based on the circumstances...

Palllyyyy you always forget to mention that if you land the middle of BW’s Q, it instantly lets out a pulse of soothing mist.
Sucks about the loss though. That Azmo was running around like a chicken with its head cutoff.

BDuz has always been and will always be the best HotS character. That Azmodan player deserves to spend eternity floating through the Twisting Nether.
Azmodan this game is a great example that Pokemon Unite is NOT the first MOBA where teammates are completely unable to think about objectives.

If memory serves correctly, Emerald Wind was the least popular Heroic when B'wing first came out. Then the passive healing was buffed, and everyone chose it, THEN the more recent nerfs to Emerald Wind occurred, and people have transitioned back to Blink Heal.
I know this because I play Brightwing, and Emerald Wind has been my favourite Heroic since the beginning. I was quite shocked to hear how low the pick rate for Emerald Wind is now in the video...

Azmo just vibin at the end
8-3 now following you builds. I had crazy healing but something felt weird about the trait. It wasn't removing jaina roots. I'd pop it after the root landed but I'd still be rooted.

You can't cleanse your allies out of the The Butcher ult because it's an actual thing on the ground. Just like you can't cleanse the slow from Stitches' fart juice.

I think stukov and morales are my favorite healer/supports and now brightwing
During closed beta I could 1v2 lanes with BW. She was so strong...
Pretty much the only map I don't default to hypershift is spider butts, and even then the enemy team needs some hard engage to justify taking greater polymorph.

tbh i think they should make the cooldown reduction from hyper shift baseline cause that part of the talent makes overshadows the others in the tier
edit: when you were trying to poly quira, her ult silenced you, thats why you couldnt do it
Throws like this are always so annoying, especially when there is a butcher on enemy team. That's when these happen, if somebody begins slacking.
Azmodan aside; this went downhill once butch got fed at 19 then the lvl20 ults they got silence.
I'm 17 minutes in... I know how the game ends... and I'm very concerned.
Great game. You hate to see it but still learned a lot about Brightwing.
I hope to play again. But lately my pc has been messing up so I am having to get a new one.

They could make the reduce teleport cooldown as her baseline then make hyper shift reduce a bit more cooldown. But I don’t know if that will help. She could be much stronger tho.

Yeah that was just straight up trolling and throwing on purpose. He played pretty well the entire game, no one was toxic, pally was giving out good jobs and saving some asses. Then random derpy derpy derpy from left field for whatever reason.
Almost every QM game vs a butcher that goes too long. It very quickly turns into a stomp because players get bored or complacent. Then the staggering starts and he starts to ramp up so fast.
I'm so excited for next episode.. last time we can say it

Stealth characters, just me or is the current stealth visibility too visible? I miss the old stealth.

The contributing things imo was that the healers were either single target healing or AoE healing, almost never good at both. Hypercarries were insanely good so having one healer dedicated to just keeping them alive (and hyper aggressive). Chaining CC was _so_ effective at defending against aggression.
It didn't really allow picks to happen, which MOBA communities absolutely hate not being able to delete someone out of a team fight immediately.
Bruh. The core was at 12% and Azmo could have walked over and ended. But he retreated to defend against DK and died at your core. Then he gets MVP for losing the game. Ha.
To be fair, probably didn't help that Zera disconnected multiple times. But even so, wow.
