janky GAME at 100 METERS | Arma Armed Assault

Let's play a game for 20 hours and die a lot!
This video is a bit of a different than the usual, but there's no videos online that cover the whole game so I figured I'd throw this together.
There's still not a solid plan on the future of this channel, but I might make some more videos like this if it was enjoyable. Thanks for your time and thanks for reading!

A tad late to be of use for you (not yet far enough to see if you discovered it) in your run.
For the Abrams mission, you have Logi support that will drive to you if you get damaged (under radio commands 0-#-#, in the briefings under the extra section it lists if you have any supports)
As for your gunner not firing the main armament (mavs and ffars for helo gunners) when you gave him a target. The gunner needs to be given a fire command (CTRL+Fire Button) to discharge the main armament. Secondary is at will.
As for giving targets, section 2-#-# under radio commands

Oh my god, i remember when this came out... i really liked it
Strange nobody else played or remembered it. Operation Flashpoint and Resistance are still my favourites for the atmosphere and higher stakes story
Arma: Armed assault is STILL probably the weakest of the bunch. It has almost 0 story for it's missions. Arma II get's back in line, but still not as fun as OFP, and Arma III is the one that surpasses the OG OFP in it's entirety by missions.

See I was always under the assumption that Arma and OFP were the same game, just different names after the split. But I remember playing OFP on the original Xbox and it had fantastic voice acting and immersive missions.. Arma doesn't. So are they actually different games?

Probably no-one cares but I just did a deep dive on reddit. Apparently the game was remade for the Xbox including better animations/shadows/and voice acting. That's why I remember the mission where you get cut off and stranded by yourself and it felt so tense because of the radio comms. I replayed that mission recently on Arma and it WAS NOT the same. Lol
