Custom Pipe Bead Tool and More...

In this video I share my collection of custom tools I have made. Some are simple and some more complex. One thing they all have in common is they were free, or very inexpensive. I go into depth on my pipe bead tool and how it works. Enjoy!

Excellent tool and simple ideas that's what I love the most and you can vary the size of the bead as well. You can add on die for smaller bead if you wanted in front of the larger one. Thank you for an inspirational idea.

Cool tool. The longer arm gives you SO MUCH more control and less RSI in your hand.
Weld a stop to the upper jaw so you always get the same depth to the bead.

Right on, I’ve seen one using dykes/crimpers and vice grips but no channel locks. I feel like channel locks give the human hand the best torque. I’m of the same opinion where I don’t want to buy an expensive tool for a single or few times use. If I was doing some kind of production fab then sure it’d be worthwhile but a few projects here and there I’d rather diy 🤠🤙
