      Only natural protein, carbohydrates ,more natural calories
      Milk for calcium and vitamin D
      Sweet potato loaded with protein, vitamin A,E
      Vitamin C,home made food ,
      I am not rich can't afford meat ,dry fruits, fruits like apple,orange,etc
      But I am poor I can afford lemon, carrot, tomato,califlower,sweet potatoes,rice, ragi, lentils , soyabeans,beans ,milk,fresh green vegetables ,drum sticks loaded with calcium,drum stick leaf rich in iron, beetroot,garlic which are used for household kitchen purpose ,I make use of it by taking in proper time.
      Eating more calories like rice itself nothing every two hour gap between foods
      Proper 7-8 hours sleep,no stress, no expectations from anyone, independent
      Only concentrating on our own growth physical,mental,life style,how to grow from one level another ( hustlers), proper discipline in working out daily not faking
      You have feel the tear of your muscles ,mind muscle connection workouts .
      For workout follow calisthenics workout which one of the difficult exercise i so follow beginner routine .
      I left eating sugary foods ,excess salty foods ,loaded with oil
      For example ; payasam is also sweet I don't consume it ,no fast foods..
      Sometimes like once in twenty days is okay
      Workout routine should be followed daily having 1-2 rest days a week
      If you workout more than 1 hour 20 min a day then 2 days rest between them ,if it is one hour or below then 1 day is enough.
      On the other hand how workout is done
      For example ; if I have to work in office or have to study for 10-11 hours a day this should feel like cake walk mean which is so easy task cus as you worked out so hard so that u feel so happy for sitting in one place
      This level dedication and discipline is required.
