First time I heard this was on RuPaul.. had to rush to youtube to discover this choice and fun song
THANK YOU ... Thank you
man Aretha was a whole confident woman, the way she moved and sung,it was all female talent ..i love how simply she was like talking while singing, from soul to mouth every word was meant .....and then Eurythmics.... back when Artists had temperament ,other than just talent, and transformed themselves visually as well....did you notice how Dave Stewart appears on the screen ,while the ladies sing? this is a genius thing, a bit of art deco and art pop , his dress, make up and the guitars, and intelligent way to be present without interferring to the singing environment , fullfilled by Annie&Aretha...GENIUS DUO
minute 3:12 Aretha slays
Playing this Nov 5th
Still doing it?
You might wanna wait until the next female candidate wins the presidency.
The Best Song I can think of to celebrate today, on this International Women's Day, 2023.
One of the greatest and most important (female) duets in music history. Period.
Annie anta legends should release it again ❤❤
The god mother of soul! Long live Aretha!
This song will always ring true and will always be valid and hopefully will help women today and in the future regardless of country!!!
The 2 finest female voices since recorded music began. Just pure talent, nothing else needed.
Not too many performers can share the stage with the Queen Annie Lennox but Ms. Franklin sure holds her own here. : o)
You got it the other way.
Baby it’s the other way around lol
You tried it. Aretha was here first.
Always thought this should've been on the Sister Act soundtrack
It‘s Woman Day ❤️- Perfect Song 👍😘😎
This song makes me proud to be a woman! Let's use our strength & for the sister's who can't be strong who are silenced!
Thank you!
And to hell with men right?
I discovered this song in Brooklyn Nine-Nine and it seemed catchy. Now that I have listened to the complete song the powerful message it conveys has led me to include it in my playlist for ever. The show never dissappoints in any aspect whatsoever, and neither does this song
Same seeing Terry Dancing drunk to this Song catched me
Two beautiful and dynamic voices on stage! Love it!
Aretha Franklin, you'll always be remembered by the people who love you and sing with you.
Two extraordinary Singers. Anne Lennox is incredible. Aretha Franklyn is simply the greatest of all time. So lucky to have lived in a time when two geniuses team up.
